«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Պետական մարմիններին առանձին սահմանված նիշերի հիման վրա հաշվառման համարանիշներ այլեւս չեն հատկացվելու: Համենայնդեպս, դա է սահմանված ոստիկանության պետի պաշտոնակատարի 2019 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 14-ի եւ հոկտեմբերի 16-ի որոշումներով: Դա նաեւ վերաբերում է Ազգային ժողովի պետհամարանիշներին եւ, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով, արդեն պագամավորներին հրահանգվել է ոստիկանությանը հանձնել պետհամարանիշները:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դիմեց ՀՀ ոստիկանության լրատվական ծառայություն՝ հասկանալու համար, թե ինչու է պատգամավորներին նման հրահանգ իջեցվել: Ի պատասխան՝ ոստիկանությունից փոխանցել են, որ այդ որոշումը վաղուց է սահմանված եղել, եւ այդ պատճառով է պատգամավորներին նման հրահանգ իջեցվել: Ոստիկանության պատասխանի մեջ ասվում է. «Նախքան որոշման 13-րդ հավելվածի 12-րդ կետի ուժը կորցնելը, գործող իրավակարգավորումների համաձայն, պետական մարմինների շահագործման ենթակա տրանսպորտային միջոցների հաշվառման համարանիշերի առանձին նիշերը ենթակա են եղել հատկացման միայն այդ մարմինների ծառայողական տրանսպորտային միջոցներին, հետեւաբար ՀՀ Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավորներին հատկացված, ՀՀ-ին պատկանող տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեսակի համարանիշերն ազատ համարանիշերի ցանկում ներառելու համար առաջարկվել է Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավորներին Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության վարչական մաս ներկայացնել աշխատակիցների սեփական տրանսպորտային միջոցների (ոչ ծառայողական) հաշվառման համարանիշերի փոխարեն հատկացված ՀՀ-ին պատկանող տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեսակի համարանիշերը»:
