Գեղարքունիք գյուղում շուտով կտրվի սուբվենցիոն 2 ծրագրերի մեկնարկը

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գեղարքունիք գյուղում օրերս կտրվի ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից հաստատված սուբվենցիոն երկու ծրագրերի մեկնարկը։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին  տեղեկացրեց Գեղարքունիք համայնքի ղեկավար Արայիկ Աբրահամյանը, սուբվենցիոն առաջին ծրագրով նախատեսվում է ոռոգման ջրատարի ներքին ցանցի վերանորոգում եւ վերակառուցում՝ տարբեր տրամաչափերի երկաթյա խողովակներով եւ կիսախողովակներով։

Ծրագրի պայմանագրային արժեքը կազմում է 31 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամ, որի 70 տոկոսը կամ 21 միլիոն 840 հազար դրամը հատկացնում է ՀՀ կառավարությունը, 9 միլիոն 360 հազար դրամը՝ Գեղարքունիքի համայնքապետարանը։ Ծրագրով նախատեսված է ոռոգման ներքին ցանցի վերանորոգում կամ վերակառուցում տարբեր թաղամասերում, շուրջ 2 կիլոմետր երկարությամբ։

Սուբվենցիոն երկրորդ ծրագրով նախատեսվում է խմելու ջրատարի նոր խողովակաշարի կառուցում 1400 մետր երկարությամբ, որտեղ ասբեստի խողովակները փոխարինվելու են մետաղապլաստե խողովակներով։ Ծրագրի պայմանագրային արժեքը կազմում է 15 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամ, որի 70 տոկոսը կամ 10 միլիոն 900 հազար դրամը հատկացնում է ՀՀ կառավարությունը, 30 տոկոսը կամ 4 միլիոն 800 հազար դրամը՝ Գեղարքունիքի համայնքապետարանը։

«Սուբվենցիոն առաջին ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում Գեղարքունիքում նվազագույնի կհասցվեն ոռոգման ջրի կորուստները, իսկ ներհամայնքային ճանապարհները պաշտպանված կլինեն քանդման վտանգից։ Սուբվենցիոն երկրորդ ծրագիրն իրականացվելու է երկու փուլով։ Առաջին փուլում նախատեսված է 1400 մետր երկարությամբ նոր խողովակաշարի կառուցում կամ ջրատարի ասբեստի խողովակների փոխարինում մետաղապլաստե խողովակներով։ Այդ ջրատարը, որը միանգամից աղբյուրից սնում է համայնքը, կառուցվել է անցած դարի երկրորդ կեսի ընթացքում, մի քանի տասնամյակների վաղեմությամբ, մաշվել ու աստիճանաբար կորցնում է շահագործման պիտանիությունը։ 3 կիլոմետր ընդհանուր երկարության ջրատարում կորուստները կազմում են ավելի քան 30 տոկոս։

Մյուս կողմից էլ՝ հարկավոր է կարգավորել սանիտարահիգիենիկ խնդիրը, քանի որ ասբեստի խողովակներով ջրամատակարարում կազմակերպելը առողջության պահպանման տեսանկյունից նպատակահարմար չէ։ Բացի այդ, այս ջրատարից ջուրը սպառողներին հասնում է միանգամից, առանց օրվա կարգավորիչ ջրամբար լցվելու։ Այդ պատճառով էլ ծրագրի երկրորդ փուլում նախատեսվում է նաեւ օրվա կարգավորիչ ջրամբարի կառուցում ու եւս 1600 մետր երկարության ջրատարի խողովակաշարի փոխարինում մետաղապլսատե խողովակներով։ Ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում համայնքը կապահովվի միանգամայն մաքուր ջրի մատակարարմամբ։ Երկու ծրագրերի շինարարական մրցույթներն էլ անցկացված են, պայմանագրերը՝ կնքված։ Առաջիկա օրերի ընթացքում կտրվի այդ ծրագրերի շինարարական աշխատանքների մեկնարկը»,- ներկայացրեց համայնքի ղեկավարը։
