Իսպանիայի նախկին թագավոր Խուան Կառլոսի նախկին սիրուհին միապետին մեղադրել է երկրի հատուկ ծառայությունների միջոցով մի քանի տարի իրեն ապօրինի  հետևելու համար:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է kommersant.ru-ն, Կորիննա ցու Սայն Վիտգենշտեյնը Լոնդոնի Բարձր դատարան հայց է ներկայացրել 2020-ի դեկտեմբերին, սակայն դատարանը միայն հիմա է դրա մանրամասները հրապարակել:

Կորիննա ցու Սայն Վիտգենշտեյնը, որը սերտ կապի մեջ էր Իսպանիայի թագավորի հետ 2006-2009 թվականներին, դատական հայցում ասում է, որ «2012-ից առ այսօր» Խուան Կառլոսը (2014-ին հրաժարվել է գահից և ստացել Իսպանիայի պատվավոր թագավորի կոչում) հետապնդում է իրեն՝ նախկին գործակալների և իսպանական հատուկ ծառայությունների աշխատակիցների օգնությամբ իրականացնելով «ապօրինի բաց և թաքնված հսկողություն»:

Հայցվորի խոսքով՝  ամեն ինչ սկսվել է նրանից, որ 2012-ին թագավորը 65 միլիոն եվրո է փոխանցել իրեն՝ բացատրելով, որ ցանկանում է ապահովել իր և երեխաների ապրուստը, բայց չի ցանկանում այդ գումարը թողնել կտակի մեջ՝ վախենալով ընտանիքի կողմից ինտրիգներից: Սակայն որոշ ժամանակ անց թագավորը խնդրել է իրեն վերադարձնել այս գումարը կամ այնպես անել, որ նա կարողանա օգտագործել այն: Սակայն, երբ կինը նրան մերժել է, Խուան Կառլոսը սկսել է ամենուր վարկաբեկել նախկին սիրուհուն, ինչի հետևանքով վերջինը կորցրել է աշխատանքը:

Հայցվորը դատարանի միջոցով հայցում է տասնյակ միլիոնավոր եվրոյի չափով բարոյական և նյութական վնասի փոխհատուցում, նաև պահանջում է կարգադրություն, որն արգելում է նախկին թագավորին և նրա գործակալներին որևէ կերպ կապվել իր հետ, հսկողություն իրականացնել իր նկատմամբ, զրպարտող հայտարարություններ տարածել և մոտենալ ավելի քան 150 մ հեռավորության վրա: Իսպանիայի նախկին թագավորը հերքել է այս բոլոր մեղադրանքները, բայց նրա փաստաբանները դեռ առարկություն չեն ներկայացրել այս հայցին:
