Ադրբեջանի Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը արտակարգ հայտարարություն է տարածել Քարվաճառի տարածաշրջանի պետական ​​սահմանին Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի զորքերի ստորաբաժանումների միջև փոխհրաձգության մասին:

«Ժամը 22։11-ի դրությամբ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի Քելբաջարի(Քարվաճառ) շրջանում փոխհրաձգությունը շարունակվում է»,-նշված է հայտարարության մեջ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել ու հայտնել, որ այսօր ժամը 17։00-ի սահմաններում, Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը կրակ են բացել հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի Գեղարքունիքի հատվածում տեղակայված հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ։

Դրան նախորդել են կրակահերթեր հենց իրենց՝ ադրբեջանական մարտական հենակետերում, ինչը կարող է պայմանավորված լինել ադրբեջանցի զինվորականների միջև տեղի ունեցած՝ միջանձնային բնույթ կրող միջադեպով։ Դրա մասին է խոսում նաև փաստը, որ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունն իր հաղորդագրության մեջ նշում է, թե հայկական կողմի բացած կրակից հետո ադրբեջանցի զինվորական է զոհվել։ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարում է, որ հակազդող գործողությունների չի դիմել մինչև այն պահը, երբ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը կրակ են բացել հայ դիրքապահների ուղղությամբ։

Ադրբեջանական կողմի հերթական սադրանքի արդյունքում սկսված ինտենսիվ փոխհրաձգության հետևանքով հրազենային թեթև վիրավորում է ստացել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ 3 զինծառայող։ Նրանց կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը խստիվ դատապարտում է Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի հերթական սադրանքը։ Իրադրության սրման ողջ պատասխանատվությունն ընկնում է Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության վրա։

Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն հայտնել է հայ դիպուկահարի կրակոցից ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողի մահվան մասին։
