ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից տեղեկացնում են, որ 2021թ. հուլիսի 18-ին՝ ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում, ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի Ամիրյան 18 հասցեում կրակոցներ են: Նույն օրը հաղորդում է ստացվել նաև «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնից այն մասին, որ ոտքի շրջանի հրազենային վնասվածքով բուժօգնության է դիմել ԱՄՆ քաղաքացի՝ ծնված 1979թ.։ Իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ բժշկական կենտրոն տեղափոխված անձը հրազենային մարմնական վնասվածքն ստացել է Երևան քաղաքի Ամիրյան 18 հասցեում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի ժամանակ։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական 2-րդ բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ անհայտ անձինք, կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը, բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հասարակության նկատմամբ, ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում Երևան քաղաքի Ամիրյան 18 հասցեում՝ մայթեզրին, վիճաբանել են իրար հետ, հարվածներ հասցրել միմյանց, որի ժամանակ ներկաներից մեկը ոտքի շրջանում հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են 9մմ տրամաչափի 3 հատ  պարկուճ և արնանման հետքեր, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ,  նշանակվել են դատաձգաբանական, դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել եմ մի շարք վկաներ, կատարվել են դեպքի վայրում առկա անվտանգության տեսախցիկների տեսագրությունների զննություններ։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ, ինչպես նաև՝ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, շարժառիթը, միջադեպին մասնակից անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակը, ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրանց, ինչպես նաև՝ հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող հրազենը հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ: 

Ինչպես միջադեպից կարճ ժամանակ անց տեղեկացրել էր Tert.am-ը՝ Ամիրյան 18 հասցեում կրակոցներ էին հնչել, կար վիրավոր։

Ըստ ականատեսի` վիրավորված քաղաքացուն կրակոցներ արձակած անձի վարորդը գցել էր մեքենայի բեռնախցիկն ու հեռացրել դեպքի վայրից։

Ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ կասկածյալը իշխանական մեծահարուստի որդին է։

Կրակոցներ արձակած անձի ընկերները գնացել էին դեպքի վայր և սննդի կետից ցանկանում էին հեռացնել տեսախցիկները։
