UCOM-ը գերազանցությամբ է կատարել ՀՀ-ում կայացած ԱԺ ընտրությունների հետ կապված տեխնիկական աշխատանքը

«Յուքոմ» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերությունը գերազանցությամբ է իրականացրել 2021 թվականի հունիսի 20-ին կայացած ԱԺ ընտրությունների ժամանակ 1500 տեղամասերից քվեարկության ընթացքի, արդյունքների ամփոփման գործընթացի տեսանկարահանումը և միաժամանակյա համացանցային ուղիղ հեռարձակումը նոր ստեղծված կայքի միջոցով։

Պայմանագրով նախատեսված 1500 տեսախցիկի փոխարեն տեղադրվել էին 1517-ը։ Ընտրություններում մասնակցած բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերին, ինչպես նաև պետական պատկան մարմիններին առանձին հնարավորություն է տրվել առցանց և ուղիղ եթերի ռեժիմում հետևել ԱԺ ընտրությունների ողջ ընթացքին։ Ucom ընկերության 200-ից ավելի օպտիկամանրաթելային ցանցի նախագծման, տեղակայման ու սպասարկման մասնագետներ գործուղվել էին Հայաստանի բոլոր մեծ քաղաքներ՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում տեխնիկական ցանկացած հարցի արագ արձագանքելու համար։ Հայաստանի տարածքով մեկ տեղակայված տվյալների կենտրոններում ներկա գտնվող հերթապահ թիմերին տրամադրվել է տեխնիկական միջոցների լրացուցիչ գործիքակազմ, որպեսզի ցանկացած անսարքություն ակնթարթորեն շտկվի։

«Ահռելի աշխատանք է կատարվել վերջին 2 ամսվա ընթացքում, իսկ հունիսի 19-ից 21-ն Ucom-ի ամբողջ տեխնիկական անձնակազմը, որոնց թվում էին շարժական և ֆիքսված ցանցի մեր բոլոր մասնագետները, առհասարակ 24/7 ռեժիմով հերթապահություն է իրականացրել։ Կատարված աշխատանքի ծավալը, որակը ու նախապատրաստվելու համար սեղմ ժամկետները հաշվի առնելով՝ իրապես հիմքեր ունեմ շնորհավորելու մեր գործընկերներին վստահված աշխատանքը պատասխանատու և արհեստավարժ կերպով իրականացնելու կապակցությամբ», - ասել է Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Արա Խաչատրյանը։     

«ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը բարձր է գնահատում հանձնաժողովի և Ucom-ի միջև ձևավորված համագործակցությունը։ Կազմակերպությունը  հանձնաժողովի հետ իրականացրել է մասշտաբային ծրագիր՝ արհեստավարժ կերպով և սահմանված կարգով ապահովելով հունիսի 20-ի ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների 1500-ից ավելի տեղամասերից քվեարկության ընթացքի, արդյունքների ամփոփման գործընթացի տեսանկարահանումը և միաժամանակյա համացանցային ուղիղ հեռարձակումը, ինչն իր հերթին նպաստել է տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքների թափանցիկության բարձրացմանը և հանրության կողմից ընտրական գործընթացների նկատմամբ վստահության ամրապնդմանը»,- նշել է ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը հունիսի 8-ի արտահերթ նիստի ժամանակ թույլ է տվել «Յուքոմ» ՓԲ ընկերությանը, որպեսզի վերջինս 1500 տեղամասերից իրականացնի ուղիղ հեռարձակում՝ քվեարկության ընթացքի և քվեարկության արդյունքների ամփոփման գործընթացի տեսանկարահանում և միաժամանակյա համացանցային հեռարձակում իրականացնելու նպատակով։ Ուղիղ հեռարձակումն իրականացվել է նոր ստեղծված կայքի միջոցով։
