2021-ի 1–ին կիսամյակում Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայությունը բռնագանձել և վերականգնել է 21,9 մլրդ դրամ՝ նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշից 6,8 մլրդ դրամով ավելի

Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայությունում հուլիսի 12-ին հրավիրվել էր խորհրդակցություն։ Ամփոփել են Ծառայության 2021 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակի գործունեության արդյունքներն ու հիմնական միջոցառումների վերաբերյալ  հաշվետվությունները: Խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցել են Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության ղեկավար կազմը, կենտրոնական մարմնի ստորաբաժանումների, Երևան քաղաքի և մարզային բաժինների պետերը, տեղեկացնում է Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության մամուլի ծառայությունը։

Խորհրդակցություն-քննարկման ժամանակ զեկուցվել են Ծառայության բոլոր բաժինների կողմից հարուցված, ավարտված, վերսկսված, կարճված կատարողական վարույթների շրջանակում իրականացված կատարողական գործողությունների արդյունքները, առկա խնդիրներն ու առաջիկա անելիքները։

Արձանագրվել է, որ հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում Ծառայության կողմից ընթացք է տրվել 1.428.463  կատարողական վարույթի, ինչը 729.827 կատարողական վարույթով ավելի է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ: Կարճվել է 427.525 կատարողական վարույթ։ Այն շուրջ 239.417 կատարողական վարույթով ավելի է նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշից:

Բռնագանձման ենթակա և հայցի ապահովման բնույթի կատարողական վարույթներով բռնագանձվել և վերականգնվել է ընդհանուր 21,924,619.131 ՀՀ դրամ, ինչը  6,866,374,693 դրամով ավելի է նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշից։

Աճել է նաև ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց օգտին Ծառայության կողմից վերականգված գումարների ծավալը, իսկ պետբյուջեի օգտին վերականգնված գումարը կազմել է 5,340,121,654 դրամ, ինչը 1,097,232.816 դրամով ավելի է նախորդ տարվա հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածի 4,242,888,838 դրամի համեմատ։

2021 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակում ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց կողմից ստացվել է 49.491 դիմում-գրություն, ընթացք է տրվել Ծառայության  «Թեժ գծով» ստացված 30.065 հեռախոսազանգի, ինչը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի  համեմատ ավելի է 8.923-ով:

Խորհրդակցության ժամանակ անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև Ծառայության և պետական ու տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների միջև էլեկտրոնային փաստաթղթաշրջանառության, քաղաքացիներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակի բարձրացմանն ու արդյունավետության ապահովմանը, կադրային քաղաքականությանը, բյուջետային ծախսերին, ՏՏ ոլորտի զարգացմանը, հարկադիր կատարման օրենսդրության բարելավմանն ու միջազգային համագործակցության ամրապնդմանն առնչվող հարցերին։

Առանձնահատուկ կարևորվել են Ծառայության կառուցվածքային բոլոր ստորաբաժանումներում համաչափ զարգացման, միատեսակ աշխատանքային պրակտիկա ձևավորելու ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքները։

Ամփոփելով Ծառայության կիսամյակային գործունեության արդյունքները՝ Գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողը, ընդհանուր առմամբ գոհացուցիչ է համարել հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում Ծառայության կողմից կատարված հսկայածավալ աշխատանքը՝ նշելով, որ այն պետք է խթան հանդիսանա Ծառայության բոլոր բաժինների արդյունավետությունն  ու Ծառայության շահառուներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակն ավելի բարձրացնելու համար։ Այդ ուղղությամբ քննարկման ավարտին տրվել են համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ։
