Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Վահան Քերոբյանն անդրադարձավ շոգ եղանակի հետևանքով ոռոգման ջրի ոլորտում առաջացած իրավիճակին: Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Քերոբյանը նշեց, որ այս տարվա հունիսը ռեկորդային շոգ ամիս է եղել. 3 աստիճանով նորմայից ավելի շոգ է եղել: Դրա պատճառով առաջացել է աննախադեպ դժվար իրավիճակ:

«Ջրային կոմիտեն աշխատում է նորմալ հունով: Խնդիրն այն է, որ անջրդի տարածքներում ջրելու կարիք է առաջացել, և դա վտանգել է անջրդի հողատարածությունների բերքը: Մյուս խնդիրն այն է, որ ֆերմերներն, ըստ էության, սխալ տեղեկատվություն են փոխանցում ջրային կոմիտեին և մի  բույսի փոխարեն ցանում են այլ բույս, որի ջրի պահանջարկն այլ է:  Օրինակ կարտոֆիլին ավելի շատ ջուր է պետք: Այդուհանդերձ, այս խնդիրը պահանջում է արմատական լուծում, և  մենք երկու օր առաջ պայմանավորվել ենք, որ պետք է սկսենք ջրային ռեֆորմը, փոխենք համակարգն այնպես, որ անցնենք նոր արդյունավետ համակարգի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Քերոբյանը:

Անդրադառնալով դիտարկմանը, թե կաթիլային ոռոգման անցնելը թանկ է, ու ոչ բոլոր գյուղացիները կարող են դա անել՝ նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը նշեց. «Կառավարությունը կաջակցի: Եթե մենք ասում ենք, որ այս տարի շոգ է, ոչ մի երաշխիք չկա, որ հաջորդ տարի հով է լինելու: Աշխարհը տաքանում է»:

Հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ չեն կանխատեսել, որ նման բան կարող է լինել, ու ջրամբարները չեն լցվել, Քերոբյանը նշեց, որ ինքն այդ հարցին չի կարող պատասխանել, քանի որ ջրամբարների խնդիրներով իրենք չեն զբաղվում:

Նրա խոսքով՝ գյուղացիների վնասների փոխհատուցման վերաբերյալ որևէ գործողություն դեռ արված չէ, բայց կարվի: «Գյուղմթերքի ապահովագրություն երաշտից չի եղել: Երաշտ բառը պետք չէ օգտագործել, խոսքը սակավաջրության մասին է: Ամեն դեպքում աղմուկը պետք է համեմատել իրականության հետ: Սովորաբար, աղմուկը խիստ գերազանցում է վնասի չափին»,- նկատեց նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը:
