10 փաստ՝ բնակարանների կադաստրային արժեքների և գույքահարկի ներկայիս աղավաղված պատկերի մասին։

1. Հայաստանում կա մոտ 432 հազար բնակարան, որոնց 64%-ի (275 հազար բնակարանների) կադաստրային արժեքը 3 միլիոն դրամից ցածր է։ Այսինքն՝ այդ բնակարանների համար գույքահարկ չի վճարվում։

2. Միայն Երևանում կա 3 միլիոնից ցածր կադաստրային արժեք ունեցող և գույքահարկ չվճարող 107 հազար բնակարան։
Ի դեպ, եթե ձեզ հայտնի է բնակարան մայրաքաղաքում, որ 3 միլիոն դրամից պակաս արժի, կխնդրեմ նշել քոմենթներում։

3. Հայաստանում կա 135 հազար բնակարան, որոնց համար միջինում վճարվում է տարեկան ընդամենը 1800 դրամ գույքահարկ (ամսական 150 դրամ):

4. Հայաստանի 432 հազար բնակարաններից փաստացի գույքահարկ է վճարվում 257 հազարի համար։ Ընդհանուր տարեկան գումարը՝ ընդամենը 1 միլիարդ դրամ։

5. Գույքահարկով հարկվող բնակարանների միջին տարեկան հարկը կազմում է ԸՆԴԱՄԵՆԸ 3900 դրամ։

6. Հայաստանում կա ընդամենը 6 հազար բնակարան, որոնց կադաստրային արժեքը 20 միլիոն դրամից (42 հազար դրամից) բարձր է։

7. Հայաստանում կա ընդամենը մոտ 900 բնակարան, որոնց կադաստրային արժեքը 40 մլն դրամից ավելի է։

8. Երևանի կենտրոնում՝ Հերացի փողոցում գտնվող 80 հազար դոլար շուկայական արժեքով 120 քմ բնակարանի համար տարեկան վճարվում է 9 հազար դրամ գույքահարկ, այսինքն՝ 8 անգամ ավելի քիչ, քան 5-6 հազար դոլար արժեցող 15 տարվա Մերսեդեսի գույքահարկը։

9. Երևանի Շենգավիթ համայնքում 74 քմ մակերեսով բնակարանի գույքահարկը տարեկան 730 դրամ է (ամսական՝ 61 դրամ):

Գավառ, Բոշնաղյան փողոց։ 144 քմ։ Շուկայական արժեքը՝ 10.5-11 մլն դրամ։

Կապան, Դավիթ Բեկ թաղամաս։ 130 քմ։ Շուկայական արժեքը՝ 14-15մլն դրամ։
Կադաստրային արժեքը՝ 2.5 մլն դրամ։
Տարեկան գույքահարկ՝ 0 (զրո) դրամ։

Գյումրի, Հաղթանակի պող.։ 150 քմ։ Շուկայական արժեքը՝ 28-30 մլն դրամ։
Կադաստրային արժեքը՝ 6.3 մլն դրամ։
Տարեկան գույքահարկ՝ 3400 դրամ։

Սպիտակ, Ս. Ավետիսյան փող.: 154 քմ։
Շուկայական արժեքը՝ 14-15 մլն դրամ։
Կադաստրային արժեքը՝ 2.6 մլն դրամ։
Տարեկան գույքահարկ՝ 0 (զրո) դրամ։

Աբովյան, Բարեկամության հրապարակ։ 116 քմ։
Շուկայական արժեք՝ 15-16 մլն դրամ։
Կադաստրային արժեքը՝ 4 մլն դրամ։
Տարեկան գույքահարկ՝ հազար դրամ։
