Այսօր ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին է դիմել «Հայաստան» դաշինքի շտաբի ղեկավար Արմեն Գևորգյանը և տեղեկացրել, որ Լոռու մարզի Օձուն համայնքի ղեկավար Արսեն Տիտանյանին իր մոտ է կանչել մարզպետը և ներկայացրել հրաժարականի դիմում գրելու անօրինական պահանջ: Ըստ Արմեն Գևորգյանի` Օձուն համայնքի ղեկավարը հրաժարվել է կատարել Լոռու մարզպետի պահանջը, որից հետո պահանջը չկատարելու համար մարզպետարանի շենքում, 7-8 մարդու ներկայությամբ, նրան ծեծի են ենթարկել: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը:

«Այսօր ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին է դիմել «Հայաստան» դաշինքի շտաբի ղեկավար Արմեն Գևորգյանը և տեղեկացրել, որ Լոռու մարզի Օձուն համայնքի ղեկավար Արսեն Տիտանյանին իր մոտ է կանչել մարզպետը և ներկայացրել հրաժարականի դիմում գրելու անօրինական պահանջ:

Ըստ Արմեն Գևորգյանի` Օձուն համայնքի ղեկավարը հրաժարվել է կատարել Լոռու մարզպետի պահանջը, որից հետո պահանջը չկատարելու համար մարզպետարանի շենքում, 7-8 մարդու ներկայությամբ, նրան ծեծի են ենթարկել:

«Հայաստան» դաշինքի շտաբի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ իր համոզամբ` Օձունի համայնքապետին ներկայացված հրաժարականի պահանջն ակնհայտ անօրինական է և ուղեկցվել է մարզպետի սպառնալիքով: Ըստ Ա.Գևորգյանի` մարզպետարանի շենքում Օձունի համայնքապետ Արսեն Տիտանյանին ծեծի ենթարկելն ուղիղ կապված է խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրություններում նրա կողմից իրենց դաշինքին սատարելու հետ:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը բողոքից անմիջապես հետո արագ արձագանքմամբ կապվել է Օձուն համայնքի ղեկավարի հետ, որը նշել է, որ հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է տալիս Ոստիկանությունում:

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում ի գիտություն է ընդունվել այս հարցով ՀՀ դատախազության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցուչի հայտարարությունը:

Նշված բողոքի ու միջադեպի հետ կապված` Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից վաղն առավոտյան գրություն կուղարկվի ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն»,- գրել է նա:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Լոռու մարզպետարանում ծեծի է ենթարկվել Օձունի համայնքապետը, նա հաղորդում է ներկայացրել Ոստիկանություն, գործը կուղարկվի ՀՔԾ:
