«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ռուս գրող Վասիլի Շուկշինը մի պատմվածք ունի, որը կոչվում է «Շշպռեց»: Հերոսը բավական հետաքրքիր, հավաքական կերպար է՝ Գլեբ Կապուստինը: Սա իրականում հազիվ տառաճանաչ մեկն է, որը սիրում է գյուղ այցելած հայտնի ու կայացած մարդկանց, բարձրաստիճան զինվորականների, գիտնականների «պորտը տեղը դնել»: Կապուստինի որևէ բառ, որևէ նախադասություն որևէ իմաստ չի արտահայտում, ոչ մի բովանդակություն չունի ու այնքան անհեթեթ է, որ ցանկացած «դոկտոր-պրոֆեսոր» ի վերջո «կապ է ընկնում»՝ անիմաստ համարելով նման տգիտության հետ բանավիճել կամ ընդհանրապես զրուցել: Բայց հենց այս հանգամանքն էլ դառնում է տեղի բնակիչների հիացմունքի առարկան, իսկ Կապուստինին դարձնում իսկական հերոս, որովհետև կարողացել է «շշպռել»:

Այստեղ կարևորն այն մոտեցումն է, որ՝ եթե քաղաքում եք ապրում, եթե բարձրագույն կրթություն եք ստացել, եթե «պագոններ» ունեք, եթե կարողացել եք հարստանալ, եթե հաջողակ եք, ուրեմն կարծում եք՝ մեզանից խելացի՞ եք: Հենց այս հոգեբանության վրա է տևական ժամանակ խաղում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ մի կողմից՝ ինքը լինելով Կապուստինի դերում և իրենով հիանալ տալով զուտ շոու սիրողներին ու առավել հաջողակներին ատողներին, մյուս կողմից՝ հենց կապուստինների տեսակի վրա հույս դնելով: Տեսեք՝ ովքեր են Փաշինյանի հիմնական թիրախները. գիտնականները, հոգևոր դասը, հարուստները, բարձրագույն ու բարձրակարգ կրթություն ստացածները, պետական կառավարման ոլորտում փորձ ու գիտելիք ունեցողները, մի խոսքով՝ կայացած ցանկացած ոք կամ, ինչպես հենց ինքն է որակել, էլիտան:

Այսինքն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հույսը դրել է բացառապես «կապուստինության» վրա՝ իր բոլոր դրսևորումներով: Հենց դրանով է պայմանավորված ատելության գեներացման նրա հետևողական ջանքերը. իրեն քվե տալ պատրաստվողները չպետք է մտածեն երկրի, ժողովրդի, հենց իրենց զավակների ապագայի մասին, նրանց չպետք է հետաքրքրեն Արցախի 75 տոկոսի կորուստը, հազարավոր զոհերը, անվտանգության խարխլումը, նրանք միայն պետք է ատեն. պետք է ատեն բոլոր գիտակից մարդկանց, բոլոր հայրենասեր մարդկանց, բոլոր հաջողակ մարդկանց, բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր պարզապես ունակ են մտածելու, վերջապես՝ պետք է ատեն ընդհանրապես արժեքային համակարգերը...
