Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ հունիսի 10-ի նիստում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ է կատարել նախկինում ընդունած որոշումներից մեկում՝ կորոնավիրուսի տարածման դեռևս շարունակվող պայմաններում տուժած զբոսաշրջության ոլորտը սպասարկող տրանսպորտային ընկերությունների զարգացման համար ձեռք բերված վարկի դիմաց գրավի առարկա հանդիսացող գույքը պաշտպանելու նպատակով:

Արդյունքում՝ տուժած զբոսաշրջության ոլորտը սպասարկող տրանսպորտային ընկերությունները կորոնավիրուսի տարածման դեռևս շարունակվող պայմաններում հնարավորություն կունենան մինչև 2021 թ. հուլիս ամիսը ներառյալ ներգրավել ֆինանսական միջոցներ՝ թեթևացնելու վարկային պարտավորությունները, պաշտպանելու զարգացման նպատակով ձեռք բերված վարկի դիմաց գրավի առարկա հանդիսացող գույքը և շարունակելու բնականոն գործունեությունը։

Ըստ այդմ՝ Կորոնավիրուսի տնտեսական հետևանքների չեզոքացման 25-րդ միջոցառման շրջանակում արդեն դիմում ներկայացրած, միջոցառման մնացած չափանիշներին բավարարող, զբոսաշրջության ոլորտը սպասարկող այն տրանսպորտային ընկերությունները, որոնք 2019 թ. հունվարի 1-ից մայիսի 1-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ստեղծված լինելու պատճառով չեն հանդիսացել շահառու և չեն ստացել օժանդակություն, սակայն իրապես տուժել և շարունակում են տուժել կորոնավիրուսի տարածման հետևանքով զբոսաշրջային հոսքերի նվազումից և ունեն վարկային պարտավորությունները կատարելու հետ կապված լուրջ դժվարություններ, կունենան շահառուների ցանկում ներառվելու և օժանդակություն ստանալու հնարավորություն։

Հիմնավորման համաձայն՝ միջոցառման շրջանակում հաստատված 24 շահառուի փոխհատուցման ենթակա վարկերի սուբսիդավորվող տոկոսների ընդհանուր ծավալը կազմել է շուրջ 89 մլն ՀՀ դրամ։

Ուսումնասիրության և մշտադիտարկման արդյունքները ցույց են տալիս, որ միջոցառման իրականացման արդյունքում շահառուները կարողացել են պահպանել զարգացման նպատակով ձեռք բերված վարկի դիմաց գրավի առարկա հանդիսացող գույքը, սակայն դեռևս կարիք ունեն լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական միջոցների ներգրավման՝ իրենց գործունեության շարունակականությունն ապահովելու և զարգացման նպատակով ձեռք բերված վարկի դիմաց գրավի առարկա հանդիսացող գույքը պաշտպանելու նպատակով։
