Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմում կրած պարտությունից հետո այսօր, երբ Հայաստանն էլ է գտնվում նոր պատերազմի շեմին, հսկայական նշանակություն ունի մարդկային կապիտալը ճիշտ օգտագործելը, մարդկանց հնարավորություններն ու վաստակը գնահատելը։ Օրեր առաջ հայաստանյան դատարանը որոշեց հանիրավի կալանքից ազատ արձակել նաև Royalsys Engineering ընկերության տնօրեն Արմեն Բաղդասարյանին, մերժեց նախաքննական մարմնի՝ կալանքը ևս 2 ամսով երկարաձգելու միջնորդությունը։ Ավելի վաղ, ազատ էր արձակվել նաև ընկերության խորհրդի նախագահ Դավիթ Գալստյանը՝ հայտնի Պատրոն Դավոն։

Քրեական գործում դեռ վերջակետը դրված չէ, սակայն արձանագրենք, որ Հայաստան զենքի հիմնական մատակարարի դեմ տեղեկատվական ու հակաիրավական տոտալ արշավը ձախողվեց, կալանվածներն ազատ արձակվեցին, թեպետ մի քանի ամիս ստիպված էին կրելու անազատության և կեղծ մեղադրանքի զրկանքները։ Իշխանական և ընդդիմադիր մամուլը տևական ժամանակ տարատեսակ մեղադրանքներ էին հասցեագրում Դավիթ Գալստյանին, նրան ծանրագույն մեղադրանքներ հղում, մինչդեռ լրատվամիջոցների պարտքը պիտի լիներ ճշմարտությունը մարդկանց ասելը, որ հետագա սերունդները թյուր կարծիք չունենան մարդկանց գործերի մասին։ Ցավոք, շատ դեպքերում չեն գնահատում մարդկանց, նրանց նվիրումը, ավելորդ պիտակներ են կպցնում, իսկ այդ մարդու հսկայական դերը մեր պաշտպանունակության գործում այնքան մեծ է, որ անհանգստացրել էր անգամ Ադրբեջանի նախագահին։

Խոսքը մի մարդու մասին է, ում մատակարար ընկերությունը նույնիսկ սեփական միջոցներից է օգտագործել Հայաստանի համար զենք բերելու, Դավիթ Գալստյանն իր անձնական միջոցներով 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով Հայաստան զենք է մատակարարել։ Նույնիսկ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն էր անդրադարձել Դավիթ Գալստյանին՝ նշելով, որ նա Ռուսաստանում զենք ու զինամթերք է գնել և տեղափոխել Հայաստան: 

Սա Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կողմից որակվել էր որպես հանցագործություն, իսկ ավելի ստույգ՝ «կոնտրաբանդա»: Թշնամական երկրի ղեկավարի նման արձագանքը, երևի թե, ինքնին բնական էր: Բնական չէր, որ նույն գծի մեջ էին Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները, որոնք, խնդիր ունենալով պատերազմում իրենց կրած պարտության համար մեղավոր նշանակել, անհեթեթ մեղադրանքով կալանքի տակ էին պահում մի գործարարի, ով այսօր էլ արդեն ազատության մեջ շարունակում է մեծ օգուտ բերել Հայաստանի պաշտպանունակության բարձրացմանը։
