Բացահայտվել է Լոռու մարզի Արևաշող համայնքի 31-ամյա բնակչի սպանությունը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

«2021թ․ հունիսի 5-ին՝ ժամը 01:40-ին, «Սպիտակի բժշկական կենտրոն»-ից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 01:20-ին, ձախ ազդրի վերին երրորդականի կտրած-ծակած վերք, ազդրային զարկերակի մկանների փակեղենների վնասումով, զարկերակային արնահոսություն, աջ աճուկափոշտային շրջանի կտրած-ծակած վերք, հեմոռագիկ անեմիկ շոկ, ագոնալ վիճակ, գլխուղեղի ցիլկուլյատոր հիպոքսիա ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Արևաշող համայնքի բնակիչ` ծնված 1990թ, ով նույն օրը՝ ժամը 02։30-ին, վիրահատության ընթացքում մահացել է:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ Սպիտակ-Գյումրի մայրուղուց Արևաշող համայնք տանող ճանապարհի սկզբնամասում վիճաբանություն և քաշքշուկ է տեղի ունեցել մի խումբ անձանց և տուժած տղամարդու միջև, որի ժամանակ էլ վերջինս ստացել է նշված վնասվածքները:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Սպիտակի քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի և լայնածավալ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով նույն գյուղի բնակիչ է։ Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է՝ համագյուղացուն սպանելու կասկածանքով՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Կատարվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են դանակ, կոտրված ապակյա շշի կտորներ, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, առգրավվել են տուժողի և միջադեպին ներկա գտնված անձանց հագուստները, երիտասարդին հասցված մարմնական վնասվածքի բնույթը, առաջացման մեխանիզմը և մի շարք այլ հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:

Կատարվում է նախաքննություն։

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ»:
