Visa Chatbot-ը   և Chatbot Consierge-ը՝  անվճար ծառայություններ են, որոնք թույլ կտան հաճախորդներին խուսափել առօրյա մանր գործերից, օպերատիվ լուծել կարևոր խնդիրներ, որոնք պահանջում են լրացուցիչ ժամանակ և փորձ, համոզված լինել, որ իրենց տրամադրության տակ ունեն 24/7 ռեժիմով հասանելի անձնական առցանց օգնական, ով կարողանում է ազատ հաղորդակցվել հաճախորդին հարմար լեզվով, պատրաստ է խոսել ցանկացած թեմայով, քննարկել հետաքրքրող հարցեր և գիտի գլխավոր կանոնը՝ «Հաճախորդը միշտ ճիշտ է ... նույնիսկ եթե ոչ միշտ»: Կոնսյերժն աշխատում է խիստ գաղտնի և կօգնի հաճախորդին ելք գտնել ֆորս-մաժորային իրավիճակներից: 

Visa Chatbot-ը և Chatbot Consierge-ը ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի պրեմիում դասի քարտապաններին հնարավորություն են տալիս անսահմանափակ թվով ցանկացած տիպի հարցեր ուղղելու՝ ապրանքների և ծառայությունների առաքում, հյուրանոցների, ռեստորաններում և ակումբներում սեղանների ամրագրում, ցանկացած հաստատության կոնտակտային տվյալների որոնում, առցանց միջոցառումների և ճանապարհորդությունների կազմակերպում, օգնություն կորած ուղեբեռը վերադարձնելու համար, տան կամ ավտոմեքենայի վարձակալություն, իրավական աջակցություն, ցանկացած տեղեկատվություն տրամադրում, նույնիսկ՝ տեղեկատվություն փոխարժեքների, եղանակի, տարբեր իրադարձությունների և այլնի վերաբերյալ:
