Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային Ժողովը երեկ օրենքի ուժով ցրվեց:
Հայաստանում գործող կուսակցությունները, ձևավորված դաշինքները պաշտոնապես սկսում են Ազգային Ժողովի արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու իրենց կազմակերպչական աշխատանքները:
«Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը համոզված է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի, Հայաստանում քաղաքական գործունեություն ծավալող յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքական կուսակցություն և դաշինք Ազգային Ժողովի արտահերթ ընտրություններում պետք է ունենան Հայաստանի ու Հայ ազգի Առաջնորդի, ասել է թե՝ Վարչապետի իր թեկնածուն:
Մենք, որպես Ազգային Քրիստոնյա կուսակցություն, համոզված ենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հաջորդ Վարչապետը պարտադիր պետք է համապատասխանի ներքոնշյալ չափորոշիչներին․
1) Պարտադիր մասնակցություն ունեցած լինի նորանկախ Հայաստանի 30-ամյա պատմության ընթացքում Հայաստանի, Արցախի ու Հայ ազգի անվտանգության պաշտպանության համար տեղի ունեցած արցախյան (1992-1994թթ.), ապրիլյան (2016 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ից մինչև ապրիլի 15-ը) և 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբեր-հոկտեմբեր-նոյեմբերյան պատերազմներին, կամ էլ այս պատերազմներից գոնե վերջինին (որ պատերազմին, որ վայրում և որ ժամանակահատվածում և ինչ կարգավիճակով է նա մասնակցել):
2) Պետական կառավարման համակարգում նվազագույնը 5 տարվա աշխատանքային փորձ ունենա(սկսած 1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 21-ից մինչև այսօր՝ որևէ ժամանակահատվածում աշխատած լինի պետական կառավարման համակարգում), և երբեք որևէ կապ ունեցած չլինի որևէ չափի կոռուպցիոն գործունեության, և կաշառակերության հետ:
3) Կրողը լինի ազգային արժեքների, այն է՝ լինի ավանդական ընտանիքի արժեքները կրող, լինի Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու հավատավոր՝ մերժելով բոլոր տեսակի արատավոր և այլասերված երևույթները:
4) Նորանկախ Հայաստանի պատմության 30 տարիների ընթացքում պարտադիր հայտարարած լինի, որ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը միայն ու միայն պետք է լինի Հայ ազգի դարավոր բարեկամ, Հայաստանի միակ ռազմավարական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ և այդ ողջ ընթացքում ոչ մի կապ ունեցած չլինի Հայաստանն ու Հայ ազգը ոչնչացնող միացյալ արևմուտքի հետ:
Հայաստանի Վարչապետի այն թեկնածուն, ով չի համապատասխանում վերոնշյալ բոլոր չափորոշիչներին, երբեք չի կարող հավակնել Հայաստանի հաջորդ Վարչապետի պաշտոնին, ասել է թե՝ չի կարող լինել Հայաստանի ու Հայ ազգի Առաջնորդը:
