Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը այսօր՝ մայիսի 4-ին, Արցախի դեմ ռազմական գործողություններին ներգրավված վարձկան երկու ահաբեկիչներին դատապարտեց ցմահ ազատազրկման։

Tert.am-ին այս մասին հայտնեց Դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Արևիկ Խաչատրյանը:

Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Մուհռաբ Մուհամմադ ալ-Շխերին և Յուսեֆ Ալաբեթ ալ-Հաջին, չհանդիսանալով Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, մշտապես չբնակվելով դրա տարածքում, ընդգրկված չլինելով Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի անձնակազմում, այլ հանդիսանալով Սիրիայի Արաբական Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ, Սիրիայի Արաբական Հանրապետության կամ այլ պետության կողմից ուղարկված չլինելով Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի կազմում պաշտոնեական պարտականություններ կատարելու համար, նյութական հատուցում ստանալու դիմաց, կազմակերպված խմբի կազմում մասնակցել են Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության կողմից 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից սանձազերծված ագրեսիվ պատերազմին, որի ընթացքում նրանց գործողություններն ուղղված են եղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքում քաղաքացիական անձանց և զինված ընդհարման ժամանակ ռազմական գործողություններին անմիջականորեն չմասնակցող անձանց ոչնչացնելուն կամ ծանր մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելուն, իսկ այդ գործողությունների նպատակն իրենց բնույթով և էությամբ ուղղված են եղել խաղաղ բնակչությանն ահաբեկելուն՝ ապակայունացնելով Արցախի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներքին վիճակը:

Մուհռաբ Մուհամմադ ալ-Շխերիին և Յուսեֆ Ալաբեթ ալ-Հաջիին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 217-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, 389-րդ հոդվածով, 34-390-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին կետով, 34-390-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 395-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով:

Մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հիմնավորվել է միջազգային մի շարք, մասնավորապես` «Սուլթան Սուլեյման Շահ», «Սուկուր, «Համզա», «Սուլթան Մուրադ» և այլ նմանատիպ անդամ հանդիսացող ևս ավելի քան 30 վարձկանների կողմից սանձազերծված պատերազմին ներգրավվելու, ինչպես նաև նրանց կողմից տարբեր պատերազմական հանցագործություններ կատարելու հանգամանքը: Հետախուզման մեջ է ինքնությունը պարզված ավելի քան 30 վարձկան:

Իրավապահները պարզել են նաև միջազգային ահաբեկչական այդ խմբավորումներից մեկի ղեկավարի ինքնությունը, հիմնավորվել է նրա կողմից խաղաղության, մարդկության անվտանգության դեմ հանցագործությունների փաստը: Պարզվել է «Սուլթան Սուլեյման Շահ» միջազգային ահաբեկչական խմբավորման պարագլուխ-ղեկավար Աբու Համշա մականվամբ Մուհամադ ալ Ջասիմի ինքնությունը, որն ազգությամբ արաբ է, Սիրիայի Արաբական Հանրապետության քաղաքացի: Վարույթ իրականացնող մարմինը ներգրավել է նրանց որպես մեղադրյալ, խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը: Աշխատանքներ են տարվում նրանց հայտնաբերելու և քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար:
