Համացանցում տարածված «Մարալ Նաջարյանին անձնագիր չեն տալիս» վերտառությամբ հրապարակումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ ո՛չ Մարալ Նաճարեանը, ո՛չ էլ նրա կողմից լիազորված որեւէ անձ ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային եւ վիզաների վարչություն կամ տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներ Մարալ Նաճարեանին նոր անձնագիր տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ գրավոր դիմում չեն ներկայացրել։

Ոստիկանությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ միաժամանակ հարկ է նշել, որ «ՀՀ քաղաքացու անձնագրի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով եւ ՀՀ կառավարության 25.12.1998 թ. թիվ 821 որոշմամբ հստակ սահմանված է անձնագիր ստանալու համար Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների կողմից անձամբ դիմելու պահանջ։

Քաղաքացին անձնագիր ստանալու մասին դիմում ներկայացնում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում՝ ոստիկանություն, օտարերկրյա պետությունում՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչություն կամ հյուպատոսական հիմնարկ։

Տպագրված անձնագիրը քաղաքացին կարող է ստանալ ինչպես անձամբ, այնպես էլ լիազորված անձի միջոցով։ Լիազորագիրը նոտարական կարգով վավերացում չի պահանջում։

Մարալ Նաճարեանը ՀՀ քաղաքացու նոր անձնագիր ստանալու համար կարող է անձամբ դիմել ինչպես ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԱՎ վարչություն կամ տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներ, այնպես էլ օտարերկրյա պետություններում ՀՀ ցանկացած դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչություն, այդ թվում՝ Լիբանանի (նստավայրը՝ Բեյրութ) ՀՀ դեսպանություն։

Հորդորում ենք չկատարել ո՛չ հիմնավոր, ո՛չ հավաստի հայտարարություններ եւ անհիմն չշահարկել պատերազմի հետեւանքով զրկանքներ ու կորուստներ կրած մեր հայրենակիցների այս կամ այն խնդիրները՝ ոստիկանության որեւէ ստորաբաժանման աշխատանքը թիրախավորելու եւ ոչ բարենպաստ լույսի ներքո ներկայացնելու համար։

Նշենք, որ ավելի վաղ ԱԺ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել էր, որ Ոստիկանության անձնագրային բաժինը մերժել է լիազորված անձի միջոցով անձնագիր տրամադրել գերությունից ազատված Մարալ Նաջարյանին: Ըստ նրա՝ ոստիկանույունից ասել են, որ Մարալ Նաջարյանը պետք է անձամբ Բեյրութից գա:
