ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն պարզաբանում է տարածել Քաջարանում տեղի ունեցած՝ անձի առերևույթ առևանգման դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործի վերաբերյալ:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ Քաջարանի բնակիչներ Գ․ Մ․-ի և նրա ընկերոջ՝ Կ․ Թ․-ի միջև տեղի ունեցած վեճի հանգամանքների պարզաբանման համար Քաջարան համայնքի ղեկավարի կանչով, 2020թ. ապրիլի 26-ին՝ ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում, Քաջարանի Լեռնագործների փողոցում գտնվող, վերջինիս պատկանող բենզալցակայանի հետնամասում գտնվող չգործող նախկին ռեստորանի շինությունում հավաքվել են համայնքի ղեկավարը և շուրջ 20 հոգի, որտեղ տեղի է ունեցել ծեծկռտուք։
2020թ. ապրիլի 29-ին՝ ժամը 13:30-ի սահմաններում, Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի աշխատակիցներ Բ. Հ.-ն, նրա եղբայրը՝ Լ. Հ.-ն, Խ. Մ.-ն և Մ. Ս.-ն, կոմբինատի ավտոկայանատեղիում բռնություն գործադրելով, առևանգել են Շ. Մ.-ին և Խ.Մ.-ի կողմից վարվող ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխել «Աժդանակ» ՍՊԸ-ի տարածք, Ա. Հ.-ի և Գ. Մ.-ի հետ ծեծի ենթարկել նրան:
Շուրջ կես ժամ ծեծելուց հետո, Շ. Մ.-ին « Տոյոտա-Պրադո» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխել են Ագարակ բնակավայրում գտնվող, Ա.Պ.-ին պատկանող առանձնատուն, որտեղ կրկին ծեծել են նրան, ինչին միջամտել են Շ.Մ.-ի եղբայրը՝ Գ.Մ.-ն և Ա.Փ.-ն, ինչպես նաև ինքնությունները չպարզված անձինք, ինչի հետևանքով ծեծկռտուքը դադարել է: Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում, Ա.Պ.-ի բնակության վայրում կատարված խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի «մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոց։
2020թ․մայիսի 24-ին Խ. Մ-ն, Մ. Ս-ն և Լ. Հ-ն ձերբակալվել են` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, իսկ Ա.Պ-ն՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 268-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործություններ կատարելու կասկածանքով։
Իրականացվում են մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ և օպերատիվ միջոցառումներ՝ համայնքի ղեկավարի մասնակցությունը դեպքերին ստուգելու և նրա դերակատարումը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Միաժամանակ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն հորդորում է չխոչընդոտել քրեական գործի քննությանն ու արդարադատության իրականացմանը, քանի որ դրա համար նախատեսված է քրեական պատասխանատվություն:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
