Հայաստանը փոքր պետություն է շրջապատված 4 հարեւաններով եւ նման դեպքերում դու քո չափը փոխհատուցելու կամ հավասարակշռելու համար պետք է շատ ակտիվ լինես, ավելի եռանդուն լինես, մասնավորապես արտաքին քաղաքականության ոլորտում: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ ապրիլի 16-ին, Թբիլիսիում հայ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը:

«Մենք այլընտրանք չունենք, քան ունենալ շատ ակտիվ, շատ մարտնչող արտաքին քաղաքականություն: Այդ քաղաքականությունը պետք է վարվի ամբողջ սպեկտրով՝ սկսած գերտերություններից մինչեւ փոքր երկրներ, մասնավորապես, մեր տարածաշրջանի, մասնավորապես բարեկամ երկրների: Վրաստանը բարեկամ է, բարեկամ է նաեւ Իրանը, հետեւաբար պետք է մեր դիվանագիտությունը շատ ակտիվ լինի այս երկու երկրների հետ: Իհարկե, դիվանագիտությունը ակտիվ պետք է աշխատի նաեւ ոչ բարեկամների, նույնիսկ թշնամիների հետ: Պատերազմից հետո ինձ հրավիրեց Հորդանանի թագավորը որպես բարեկամ, ես գնացի՝ ցույց տալու մեր բարեկամական վերաբերմունքը արաբական աշխարհին, նաեւ իսլամական աշխարհին, ցույց տալու, որ կյանքը շարունակվում է պատերազմում պարտությունից հետո: Բարեկամության ծառի մասին պետք է հոգ տանես, որ հետո կարողանաս այդ բարեկամության պտուղներից օգտվես»,-հայտարարեց նա:

Արմեն Սարգսյանը նկատեց, որ կա հայկական բիզնես Վրաստանում, կա վրացական բիզնես Հայաստանում եւ այս համագործակցությունը ներուժ ունի:

«Վրաստանն ունի մաքսային առավելություններ Չինաստանի եւ ԵՄ-ի հետ, իսկ Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ, դե պատկերացրեք, որ լինի հայ-վրացական ձեռնարկություն եւ կարողանա իր արտադրանքը մաքսային արտոնություններով վաճառել ԵՄ-ում եւ Չինաստանում, ինչպես նաեւ ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում: Կա համագործակցության ներուժ առողջապահության, գիտության ոլորտում՝ սկսած նոր տեխնոլոգիաներից մինչեւ կովիդի դեմ պայքար: Մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը փոքր երկիր է եւ փոքր շուկա, բայց միասին ձեզ կարող եմ վստահեցնել, որ եթե առաջարկվեն երկկողմանի ծրագրեր, որոնք ենթակառուցվածքային են, շատ ներդրողներ ուրախ կլինեն ֆինանսավորելու:

Նույնիսկ ամենալավ բարեկամների հետ ամեն օր պետք է աշխատենք, ապացուցենք մեր բարեկամությունն իրրենց հանդեպ եւ ձգտենք ստանալ այն, ինչ մենք ուզում ենք: Աստծո տված չի, որ եթե բարեկամ ես, 100 տարի պետք է բարեկամ լինես: Պահանջելուց առաջ պետք է նաեւ տաս: Երբեք չպետք է ծուլանաս քո վերաբերմունքը ցույց տալիս»,-ընդհծեց ՀՀ նախագահը:
