Վերջին շրջանում դատական բարեփոխումների կապակցությամբ հանրային քննարկումների շրջանակում առանձին գործիչների կողմից քննադատության խոսքեր են հնչեցվում դատական իշխանության` ընդհանրապես եւ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի հասցեին: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ԲԴԽ-ին:

Հայտարարության մեջ նաեւ նշվում է.

«Այդ կապակցությամբ անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում հիշեցնել հետեւյալը.

Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդն իր գործունեությունն իրականացնում է բացառապես գործող Սահմանադրության եւ օրենքների հիման վրա, ուստի Խորհրդի գործունեության վերաբերյալ հանրային սպասումները պետք է հիմնվեն այս պարզ ճշմարտության վրա:

Կարեւորելով տարբեր կարծիքների եւ քննադատական խոսքի առկայությունը ժողովրդավարական գործընթացներում՝ միաժամանակ գտնում ենք, որ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդին եւ դատավորներին ուղղված քննադատությունը պետք է լինի առարկայական, այլ ոչ թե հիմնված ենթադրությունների, անորոշ եւ անհիմն ընդհանրական գնահատականների ու մեղադրանքների վրա:

Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդն իր աշխատանքը կազմակերպել եւ շարունակում է կազմակերպել թափանցիկության սկզբունքով, բաց է ցանկացած քննարկման համար, որը կարող է նպաստել դատական իշխանության արդյունավետ գործունեությանը։

Միեւնույն ժամանակ՝ անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում նշել, որ դեռեւս երկու շաբաթ առաջ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի կողմից հանդիպման հրավեր է ուղարկվել դատական իշխանության վերաբերյալ վերջին շրջանում առավել քննադատական ելույթների հեղինակ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արման Բաբաջանյանին, սակայն նրա կողմից այդպես էլ արձագանք չենք ստացել:

Այնուամենայնիվ, կարեւորելով շահագրգիռ կողմերի հետ հանդիպումները, որպես դատական իշխանության բարեփոխման կարեւորագույն գրավական, Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը հայտարարում է, որ բաց է ցանկացած կառուցողական երկխոսության եւ քննարկման համար։

Չցանկանալով մեկ առ մեկ պատասխանել Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի վերաբերյալ հնչող քաղաքական, ընդ որում շատ դեպքերում սուբյեկտիվ գնահատականներին, հանրությանը կրկին ու կրկին հավաստիացնում ենք, որ Խորհուրդը գործում է եւ գործելու է բացառապես ՀՀ սահմանադրության եւ օրենքներով իրեն վերապահված գործառույթների շրջանակներում, զերծ է մնալու քաղաքական գործընթացներին ներքաշվելուց եւ շարունակելու է իրականացնել իր վրա դրված բարձր եւ մինույն ժամանակ խիստ պատասխանատու առաքելությունը»:
