Ո՞ւր ես, ժողովուրդ, անարգում են քեզ: Այդ հերիք չէ դեռ: Ժողովուրդն էլ են կեղծում: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է իրավապաշտպան Ավետիք Իշխանյանը` անդրադառնալով Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններին, որոնցում անընդհատ օգտագործում է «ժողովուրդ» բառը:

«ԱՄԲՈԽԱՎԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ

Եթե ժողովուրդը որոշի, որ ինձ գնդակահարելու է, ես խոնարհ կկանգնեմ գնդակահարության պատի տակ. Ն. Փաշինյան

Ի գիտություն, բոլորին։ Համաշխարհային պատմության մեջ գնդակահարություն և այլ մահապատժի տեսակներ իրականացվել են կամ պետության, կամ ամբոխի, կամ առանձին վրիժառուների, կամ որևէ քրեական կլանի, կամ ընտանիքի կողմից, բայց ոչ երբեք՝ ժողովրդի կողմից։ Նախ, ի՞նչ է նշանակում, ժողովրդի որոշում, ողջ ժողովրդի՞, նրա մեծամասնությա՞ն։ Եթե այո, ապա այդ մեծամասնությունը հավանաբար ժողովրդի 50%-ից ավելի՞ն է։ Իսկ մնացած մասն այլևս ժողովուրդ չի՞։

Այսպես, հին աշխարհում մահապատիժներն իրականացվում էին միապետի հրամանով։ Միջնադարյան Եվրոպայում հայտնի են ինկվիզիցոն դատարանների կողմից իրականացվող մահապատիժները։ Ֆրանսիական և Հոկտեմբերյան հեղափոխությունների ժամանակ մահապատիժներն իրականացվում էին «ժողովրդի անունից», օրինակ Ակսել Բակունցի և Եղիշե Չարենցի, գնդակահարությունները, որպես «ժողովրդի թշնամիներ»։ Հետագայում, այսպես կոչված, քաղաքակիրթ երկրներում մահապատիժ որոշում էին արդեն դատարանները, բայց նույնպես՝ ոչ ժողովուրդը։

Ամբոխի կողմից մահապատժի իրականացումը հայտնի է, որպես «Լինչի դատաստան» անունով։

Մահապատժի որոշում են կայացնում նաև վրիժառու կազմակերպությունները, ինչպես օրինակ հայկական «Նեմեսիսը»։

Քրեական աշխարհում նույնպես կայացվում են մահապատժի «որոշումներ», «ճշտից» հեռացածների նկատմամբ։

Հայտնի են նաև մահապատիժի ընտանեկան որոշումներ նույնպես, ինչպես օրինակ լրագրող Տիգրան Նաղդալյանի սպանությունը։

Այնպես որ , թող որևէ ողորմելի չխոսի ժողովրդի որոշման մասին։

Հիշեցում․

Ու որպեսզի այդ թամաշավոր-ժողովրդի սիրտը շահած լինեն ու բարեկամ պահած, միշտ գոռում են «ժողովրդի» անունը:

Խոսքն ընչի մասին ուզում է լինի, միշտ վերջացնում են «ժողովուրդով»: «Ժողվուրդն այսպես է կամենում․․․ Ժողովուրդը մեզ հետ է․․․ Ժողովուրդը ձեզ կդատի․․․ Ո՞ւր ես, ժողովուրդ, անարգում են քեզ․․․»:

Այդ հերիք չէ դեռ: Ժողովուրդն էլ են կեղծում:
