Ղարաբաղի հարցը լուծված չէ, ինչքան էլ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը ասի, թե լուծված է։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 20-ին, Արագածոտնի մարզ կատարված այցի ժամանակ Ներքին Բազմաբերդում իր ելույթում ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Մենք այս տարածաշրջանում պետք է ապրենք, բայց այդ տարածաշրջանի ամենամեծ խնդիրն այն է, որ մեզ ընկալում են որպես թշնամի եւ մենք ընկալում ենք որպես թշնամի։ Մենք պետք է արձանագրենք, որ այս փակ շղթան պետք է ինչ-որ ձեւով կառավարվի, որովհետեւ սա ամենամեծ մարտահրավերն է, որ մենք էլ ունենք եւ ուրիշներն էլ ունեն։ Սա հեշտ հարց չէ, եթե հեշտ լիներ, մենք շատ վաղուց դա լուծած կլինեինք։ Հաջորդը, պետք է արձանագրենք, որ Ղարաբաղի հարցը լուծված չէ, ինչքան էլ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը ասի, թե լուծված է։ շատ կլինեն հարցեր, թե մեր տղերքը ինչի համար զոհվեցին։ Մեր տղերքը զոհվեցին նրա համար, որ երբ այսօր Ադրբեջանի նախագահը հայտարարի, որ Ղարաբաղի հարցը լուծված է, մենք կարողանանք ասել, որ լուծված չէ, որովհետեւ Ադրբեջանի պլանը հենց դա էր, որ Ղարաբաղում ֆիզիկապես ոչ մի հայ չմնա։ Բայց այսօր Արցախը կա, արցախահայությունը կա, դա մեր զոհված զինվորների, բանակի շնորհիվ է»,- ասաց նա։

Ըստ Փաշինյանի՝ առաջ գնալու ձեւը տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակումն է։

Այս հարցում շատ են լինելու շահարկումներ, բայց իմ ասած դարավոր հարցի լուծմանն ընդառաջ քայլ պետք է լինի կոմունիկացիաների բացումը։Մարդիկ հավաքվում են, գուռում են՝ Նիկոլ, դավաճան։ Որեւէ մեկը կարո՞ղ է բացատրել, թե այդ դավաճանությունն ինչումն է, որ մենք չենք թալանել, եվրոպաներում, ամերիկաներում տներ, անշարժ գույքեր չենք առել, որ միլիոններ չենք կուտակել մեր շվեցարական բանկերի հաշվեհամարներին, որ դղյակներ չենք սարքել։ 20 տարի, որ ժողովուրդը թալանից խոսում էր, աչքով էին տալիս, թե բա բանակ ենք պահում, առաջնագիծ ենք պահում։ Հետո 2016-ին պարզվեց, որ 80-ականների զենքերով ենք կռվում, այսօր էլ մեզ ասում են, թե այս 2 տարվա ընթացքում ինչո՞ւ սա չեք արել, նա չեք արել։ 2018 թվականին բանակում նույնիսկ զինվորի մայկա-տրուսիկի հարց լուծված չի եղել, զինվորի ուտելիքի հարց լուծված չի եղել։ Այո, մենք մեղավոր ենք նրա համար, որ 2 տարվա ընթացքում չենք լուծել այն հարցերը, որ դուք 20 տարվա ընթացքում չեք լուծել, եւ ժողովուրդը թող այդ մեղքի համար մեզ պատժի այնպես, ինչպես ճիշտ է համարում»,- նշեց նա։
