«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երեկ մամուլում տեղեկություն հրապարակվեց, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմի ամենաթեժ պահին զենքի մատակարարման դադարեցումը մեր ռազմավարական գործընկերոջ կողմից ծանր հարված է եղել, և միայն Դավիթ Տոնոյանի անձնական ջանքերի շնորհիվ են վերականգնվել այդ հարաբերությունները: Այս առումով ուշագրավ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել «Փաստ» օրաթերթին: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, այդ օրերին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին չի հաջողվել կապ հաստատել ՌԴ նախագահի հետ:

Փաշինյանը դիմել է Դավիթ Տոնոյանին (չնայած, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, մինչ այդ նրանք իրար հետ չեն շփվել), որպեսզի վերջինս կարգավորի այդ հարցը, և իսկապես ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուի հետ բանակցություններից հետո զենք-զինամթերքի մատակարարումը վերականգնվում է: Սակայն առաջ են գալիս տեխնիկական խնդիրներ, մասնավորաբար զենք-զինամթերքի տեղափոխման հարցում: Դավիթ Տոնոյանն այս հարցով դիմում է Դավիթ Գալստյանին («Պատրոն Դավո»), որն այդ օրերին իր անձնական միջոցներով ձեռք է բերում երկու ԻԼ-76 ինքնաթիռ և իր թիմով 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով կազմակերպում է զենք-զինամթերքի տեղափոխությունը:

Ընդ որում, խոսքը զենքի առքուվաճառքի մասին չէ, այլ տեղափոխման կազմակերպման: Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, խոսքը 180-ից ավելի թռիչքների մասին է: Միևնույն ժամանակ ուշագրավ է, որ, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, այդ ժամանակահատվածում պետական կառույցներից որևէ աջակցություն չի եղել, ավելին՝ հատկապես քաղավիացիայի բյուրոկրատական քաշքշուկների պատճառով դեռ մի բան էլ հաճախ խանգարել են:
