Ես չեմ ծանոթացել այդ նյութին, համացանցում այնքան նյութեր կան եւ ապատեղեկատվության շրջանակն այնքան լայն է, որ շատ դժվար է իրական եւ ոչ իրական լուրերն իրարից տարբերել, դրա համար ես ժամանակ չեմ ծախսում նման նյութերին ծանոթանալու համար: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 16-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը՝ անդրադառնալով տարածված տեսանյութին, որտեղ վարչապետի խորհրդական Աննա Վարդապետյանը միջամտում է արդարադատությանը՝ խմբագրելով քննիչի կողմից իրեն ուղարկված մեղադրանքի որոշումները:

«Բայց որքան լրահոսից տեղյակ եմ, գլխավոր դատախազությունը դրան արձագանքել էր եւ կարծում եմ՝ դատախազությունից կարելի է ճշտել»,-ասաց նա՝ հավաստիացնելով, որ չի տեսել տեսանյութը:

Հարցին՝ իրեն չի՞ հետաքրքրում, որ վարչապետի խորհրդականը միջամտում է արդարադատությանը, Բադասյանը պատասխանեց. «Շատ է հետաքրքրում, բայց ինչպես նշեցի, շատ դժվար է հիմա համացանցում տարբերակել իրական, ոչ իրական լուրերը, ինչ նպատակով է դատարածվում, արդյոք տակը փաստական հիմք կա, թե ոչ: Ես ընդհանրապես ժամանակ չեմ ծախսում ավելորդ նյութերին մանրամասն ծանոթանալու»: Երբ հաստատվում է, որ փաստական տվյալի վրա է տեղեկատվությունը... կա համապատասխան մարմին, որն արձագանքել է դրան, եւ այդ ոլորտում ունի կոնկրետ գործառույթներ»:

Ինչ վերաբերում է տեղեկություններին, թե Աննա Վարդապետյանը հաճախ է այցելում ԲԴԽ, հանդիպումներ ունենում ԲԴԽ անդամների, մասնավորապես, Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի հետ, նախարարն ասաց. «բոլոր նյութերը, որոնք մոնիտորինգի արդյունքում վերաբերելի են արդարադատության նախարարությանը, ուղարկվում են իմ ծանոթացման: Ես ժամանակ չեմ ծախսում բոլոր նյութերին ծանոթանալու համար: Երբ որ ինչ-որ բան հաստատվում է, անհրաժեշտություն է լինում ծանոթանալ, նոր ծանոթանում եմ: Երբ տվյալ փաստը կհերքվի կամ կհաստատվի, այդ ժամանակ ինձնից գնահատական կարող եք հարցնել:

Ժամանակին այն հեռախոսային արդարադատությունը, որն իրականացվել է տարիներ շարունակ, վերացված է: Այս համատեքստում միշտ փորձում են թիրախավորել մեր իշխանությանը: Երբեմն որոշ տեղեկություններ կամ փոքր միջադեպեր կամ մտացածին միջադեպեր օգտագործում են մեր իշխանությանը վարկաբեկելու համար»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Աննա Վարդապետյանի անունը օրեր առաջ շրջանառվեց գաղտանզերծված նամակագրության հայտնի տեսանյութի համատեքստում, որից հետո պարզ դարձավ, որ ՀՀ վարչապետի օգնականը կոպիտ ձեւով միջամտում է արդարադատությանը՝ խմբագրելով քննիչի կողմից իրեն ուղարկված մեղադրանքի որոշումները ու Փաշինյանի քաղաքական հակառակորդների վերաբերյալ ստանում է բանկային գաղտնիք հանդիսացող տվյալներ։
