Ավստրիայի կանցլեր Սեբաստիան Կուրցն ուրբաթ հայտարարել է, որ ԵՄ որոշ երկրներ կարող են այլ պետություններից գաղտնի պայմանագրեր կնքել կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստանյութի լրացուցիչ մատակարարումների համար, մեջբերում են նրան արեւմտյան ԶԼՄ-ները, փոխանցում է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը:

Կուրցը հայտարարել է տվյալների առկայության մասին, որոնք վկայում են այն մասին, որ ԵՄ անդամ երկրների եւ դեղագործական ընկերությունների միջեւ լրացուցիչ պայմանավորվածություններ են եղել»: Նա թույլ է տվել, որ ԵՄ որոշ երկրներ, ի վերջո, ավելի շատ պատվաստանյութեր են ստացել, քան նրանց հասնում էր դեղերի բաշխման կանոնների համաձայն, որոնք կազմվել են պետությունների բնակչության թվի հիման վրա:

Ըստ Կուրցի՝ մատակարարման համակարգը «չի համապատասխանում մեկ շնչի հաշվով քվոտայի համակարգին»: Որպես օրինակ նա նշել է Մալթան, որն իբր «հունիսի վերջին երեք անգամ ավելի շատ դեղաչափ կստանա, քան Բուլղարիան... մինչեւ հուլիսի վերջ»:
«Նիդեռլանդները հունիսի վերջին մեկ շնչի հաշվով ոչ միայն ավելի շատ պատվաստանյութ կստանան Գերմանիայի համեմատ, այլեւ՝ գրեթե երկու անգամ ավելի շատ, քան Խորվաթիան»,- ասել է նա:

Ավստրիայի ղեկավարը շեշտել է, որ պատվաստանյութերի մատակարարման հարցն ավելի վաղ քննարկել է ԵՄ այլ երկրների, այդ թվում՝ Բելգիայի, Հունաստանի, Լեհաստանի, Սլովենիայի եւ Չեխիայի գործընկերների հետ: Կուրցը նաեւ թափանցիկության կոչ է արել պատվաստումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության փոխանակման հարցում:

Պատվաստումները ԵՄ-ում սկսվել են անցած դեկտեմբերին: Եվրոպական կարգավորիչն այս պահի դրությամբ հաստատել է կորոնավիրուսի դեմ չորս պատվաստանյութերը Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca եւ Johnson & Johnson ընկերություններից:
ԵՄ-ն 2020 թվականին անդամ երկրների միջեւ պատվաստանյութերի բաշխման պլան էր մշակել:

Վերջին ամիսներին այս ծրագիրը հաճախ է քննադատության ենթարկվում լրատվամիջոցների կողմից, որոնք կարծում են, որ այն բնակչության պատվաստումների չափազանց դանդաղ տեմպեր է ապահովում:
