«Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակից մեր զանգին պատասխանեց նրա խորհրդական Վարագ Սիսեռյանը, որը պետք է արձակուրդում լիներ։

Ասաց` մի քանի օր է, ինչ վերադարձել է արձակուրդից: Ինչո՞ւ։ «Պարոն Ավինյանը հետ կանչեց, բավականին գործ կար` կանոնները պետք է սահմանվեին` նոր իրավիճակի հետ կապված, ամեն ինչի տակ բան փնտրելը ճիշտ չէ»:

Իսկ ճի՞շտ է, որ նախորդ օրը Ավինյանին քաղաքացի էր սպասում և քաշքշուկի ընթացքում նրան «չափալախել» է։ «Մենք նման տեղեկատվություն չունենք, ասել ենք, որ նման բան չի եղել, ինչ վերաբերում է չափալախին, պիտի ասեմ` Հայաստանի մշակույթում չափալախել չկա, դա կար մեր` լիբանանյան մշակույթում, Հայաստանում սիրում են բազար անել։ Ի դեպ, 12 թվին, երբ նոր էի եկել Հայաստան, սփյուռքահայ ընկերոջս, «տղայական» նման մոտեցման արդյունքում, ես էլ չափալախեցի, ինձ բերման ենթարկեցին ոստիկանություն. այդ օրվանից Էդ մշակույթը թողեցի Լիբանանում»:

Մի ցրեք, ասում են՝ նպատակը եղել է Ավինյանին իր տեղը ցույց տալը, հասկացնել, որ իր հավակնությունները դնի մի կողմ։ «Ո՞վ է նման բան ասում․․․ Չի եղել Ավինյանի հետ կապված նման բան, մենք ժխտել ու հիմա էլ ժխտում ենք դա»: Տեղեկություն կա, որ քաղաքացին շատ երկար է դրսում «սպասել» Ավինյանին։ «Հիմա էլ դրսում մեզ քաղաքացիներ են սպասում»»,-գրում է թերթը:
