Մինչ Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական խժդժություններն ավելի են խորանում, իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու ընդդիմադիր կոչվածները տարբեր հրապարակներում զուգահեռ հանրահավաքներ են անցկացնում, Մարտի 1-ին ուժի մեջ է մտել Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը, որը ստորագրվել էր դեռևս 2017թ. նոյեմբերի 24-ին Բրյուսելում։ Քաղաքական դաշտի հիմնական դերակատար ուժերի կողմից կարծես թե փաստն անտեսվեց։

Միայն «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Խաչիկ Ասրյանը հանդես եկավ հստակ դիրքորոշմամբ՝ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունից պահանջելով անհապաղ չեղարկել Եվրամիության հետ, իր բնորոշմամբ, չարիք դառնալիք այդ համաձայնագիրը։ Ազգային պետական գործչի արձագանքը հետաքրքրություն է առաջ բերել ոչ միայն տեղական, այլև միջազգային մամուլում։ Ռուսական ԶԼՄ-ներից մեկին տված հարցազրույցում Խաչիկ Ասրյանը ուշագրավ դիտարկումներ է արել համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ։

Խաչիկ Ասրյանի կարծիքով այդ համագործակցության անվան տակ պետք է հասկանալ, որ Եվրամիությունն իր հստակ վերահսկողությունն է հաստատելու Հայաստանի նկատմամբ և Հայաստանը բոլոր հարցերում պետք է ենթարկվի Եվրոպայից իջեցված բոլոր հրահանգներին: Ազգային պետական գործիչը մտահոգ է այն փաստից, որ Հայաստանն ու Հայ ժողովուրդն իրենց մաշկի վրա շատ վաղուց զգացել են եվրոպական չափանիշների կործանարար ազդեցությունը, որն արտահայտվում է մեր սեփական պատմության, լեզվի, կրոնի, մշակույթի ուրացման, մեր ազգային ինքնության հետ որևէ ընդհանրություն չունեցող բարքերի արմատավորման տեսքով։ Խաչիկ Ասրյանը վստահ է, որ հայ ժողովուրդն իր հավաքական կամքով պետք է մերժի եվրոպական կոչվող այլասերված բարքերը, որոնց միակ նպատակը մեր ազգային ինքնության ոչնչացումն ու Հայ տեսակի վերացումն է:

Արձանագրենք, որ Հայաստանը վերջին 30 տարիների ընթացքում իր արտաքին քաղաքականությունը վարելիս գերազանցապես հիմնվել է հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների վրա։ Այս հանգամանքը շեշտում է նաև «Հայոց Արծիվների» առաջնորդը, փաստելով, որ մենք, մեր մշակույթով, ավանդույթներով և արժեքներով, միասնական ու հոգեհարազատ ենք բարեկամ և ռազմավարական միակ դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի և ռուս ժողովրդի հետ, ու այդ միասնությունը խարխլող, և այդ միասնության ազնվությունը կասկածի տակ դնելու ցանկացած փորձ դատապարտված է ձախողման։ Ինչևէ, փաստ է արդեն, որ համաձայնագիրն ուժի մեջ է մտել: Այսինքն այն կիրարկվելու է։ Նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք համաձայնեցված, ներկա իշխանությունների կողմից հաստատված համաձայնագիրը եթե չչեղարկվի, ապա Խաչիկ Ասրյանը խոստանում է դա անել իր քաղաքական ուժի՝ իշխանության գալու պարագայում։ Իսկ, որ Հայաստանի հաջորդ՝ Ազգային-Քրիստոնյա իշխանությունը ձևավորելու է «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը, Խաչիկ Ասրյանը կաթիլ անգամ կասկած չունի։
