Հայաստանին զենք մատակարարող Դավիթ Գալստյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում մասնավորապես ասվում է.


Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ.

Իմ և իմ հետ փոխկապակցված անձանց նկատմամբ իրականացվում է անհիմն քրեական հետապնդում և մեզ ազատությունից ակնհայտ ապօրինի կարգով զրկել են։ Իրականությունը ակնհայտ խեղաթյուրվում է և այդպես ներկայացվում հանրությանը։ Առաջին ատյանի դատարանը ենթարկվել է այս մանիպուլյացաներին, ինչը ուղղակի արտացոլվել է կայացրած որոշումների տեքստում։ Նախաքննությանը և դատարանին ներկայացվել են անհերքելի ապացույցներ, որ մատակարարվել է պայմանագրով սահմանված կրակոցներ, որևէ բնութագիր չի թաքցվել, ավելին մինչև ընդունելը և վճարելը այդ կրակոցները սահմանված կարգով անցել են փորձարկումներ։

Ինձ ապօրինի ազատությունից զրկելուց հետո տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունները և տարբեր անձանց կողմից դրանց հրապարակային մեկնաբանությունները վերլուծելով հանգում եմ հետևյալ եզրակացության.

1. Բոլորի համար ակնհայտ է, որ պատերազմում պարտության համար մեղավորները պետք է հայտնաբերվեն և պատժվեն։ Օգտվելով նման հնարավորությունից՝ շահագրգիռ անձինք անմնացորդ նվիրվել են ինձ մեղավորների թոփ հնգյակում տեղավորելու իրենց բաղձալի երազանքների իրականացմանը։ Միգուցե ես այս պահին հանդիսանում եմ ամենահարմար թեկնածուն՝ հաշվի առնելով իմ գործունեության բնույթը։

2. Պատերազմի ընթացքում պաշտպանության նախարարությանը շրջանցելու եղանակով մատակարարումների վերաբերյալ վերջին օրերին մամուլում շրջանառվող տեղեկությունները ինձ հիմք են տալիս ենթադրել, որ իմ նկատմամբ ապօրինի քրեական հետապնդումը հավանաբար հովանավորվում կամ պատվիրվում է այն մարդկանց կողմից, ովքեր պատերազմի ընթացքում, չնայած բոլոր փորձերին, չեն կարողացել ՊՆ-ին ակնհայտ բարձր գներով և անհայտ, կասկածելի եղանակներով մատակարարումներ իրականացնելու եղանակով միլիոնավոր դոլարներ աշխատել։ Հենց այդ մարդիկ տարբեր լրատվական միջոցներով տեղեկությունները ակնհայտ խեղաթյուրելով և իրականությունը մանիպուլացնելով փորձում են նաև ստեղծել հանրային տրամադրություններ՝ կապված ՊՆ-ի և դրա մատակարարների հետ։

Հիշեցենք, որ այսօր ժամը 16։00-ին ՀՀ Քրեական վերաքննիչ դատարանը քննելու է Դավիթ Գալստյանի պաշտպանների բողոքը՝ կապված վերջինիս կալանավորման հետ։
