Փետրվարի 17-ին աշխատանքային այցով Ռուսաստանում գտնվող ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արա Այվազյանը հանդիպել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ։ Հանդիպման ժամանակ անդրադարձ է կատարվել գերիների վերադարձի խնդրին. հայտնում է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական կայքը։

«Մտքեր են փոխանակվել նոյեմբերի 9-ի և դրանից բխող հունվարի 11-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունների դրույթների կյանքի կոչման շուրջ: Այդ կապակցությամբ հրատապ հասցեագրում պահանջող հումանիտար խնդիրների համատեքստում Այվազյանը շեշտել է ռազմագերիների և պատանդի կարգավիճակում պահվող անձանց հայրենադարձման կարևորությունը՝ նշելով, որ խնդրի արհեստական ձգձգումն Ադրբեջանի կողմից լուրջ խոչընդոտներ է ստեղծում եռակողմ հայտարարությունների կենսագործման ճանապարհին»,–նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները հանգամանալից անդրադարձել են տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության և կայունության հարցերին: Այվազյանը բարձր է գնահատել Արցախում հումանիտար իրավիճակի բարելավման ուղղությամբ ռուսական կողմի ջանքերը:

Հանդիպման օրակարգում են եղել նաև ԼՂ խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացի վերսկսմանն առնչվող հարցեր: Երկուստեք ընդգծվել է կարգավորման առանցքային հարցերի հասցեագրումը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահությանը։

Զրուցակիցներն ընդգծել են Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև դաշնակցային համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակն ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ՝ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության և ինտեգրացիոն ձևաչափերի շրջանակներում: Կարևորվել է 2 երկրների քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների միջև ոլորտային խորհրդակցությունների անցկացումը, տարբեր մակարդակներում ինտենսիվ երկխոսության պահպանումը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ–ն հայտնել էր, որ Սերգեյ Լավրովը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հետ, քննարկել են հունվարի 11–ին կայացած եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման ընթացքն ու օրակարգային այլ հարցեր։

Հավելենք, որ Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանում հայտնված հայ գերիների թվի վերաբերյալ պաշտոնական տվյալներ չկան։

Եռակողմ հայտարարությունից հետո՝ նոյեմբերի 9-ից ի վեր, տուն են վերադարձել 69 հայ գերի, այդ թվում՝ քաղաքացիական անձինք։
