Առաջադեմ երկրները վաղուց վարում են կանխիկի կիրառությունը մաքսիմալ նվազեցնելու քաղաքականություն։ Մեր երկրում, ճիշտ է, համավարակը փոքր-ինչ փոխեց պատկերը հօգուտ անկանխիկի, միևնույն է՝ գործարքների ավելի քան 50%-ը դեռևս կանխիկով է կատարվում, ինչը զրկում է գնորդներին բազմաթիվ առավելություններից և խոչընդոտում ընդհանուր տնտեսական գործունեության թափանցիկությանն ուղղված գործընթացներին։
