Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Եվրասիական Բարձրագույն խորհրդի տեսակոնֆերանսի ընթացքում անդրադարձավ Հայաստանի կառավարության կողմից կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարի ու դրա սոցիալ-տնտեսական հետևանքների մեղմացման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների մասին։ Վարչապետը տեղեկացրեց, որ չնայած նրան, որ չի հաջողվել կանխել նոր դեպքերի աճը՝ ՀՀ կառավարությունը գործնականում գրեթե ավարտել է խիստ սահմանափակիչ միջոցների կիրառման փուլը, և մայիսի 4-ից սկսել է իրականացնել համաճարակի դեմ պայքարի ապակենտրոնացված ռազմավարություն: «Երեկվանից Հայաստանում հանվել են տնտեսական գործունեության գրեթե բոլոր սահմանափակումները: Սակայն պահպանվել են սահմանափակումները կրթության, մշակույթի, զվարճանքի, հանգստի և հանրային միջոցառումների ոլորտում: Պետական հատվածն աշխատում է հիբրիդային մեթոդով՝ համատեղելով գրասենյակային և հեռավար աշխատանքը»,- նշեց վարչապետը:

Նա հավելել է, որ այս փուլում ամբողջովին հանել են կարանտինը և դա բերել է նոր դեպքերի որոշակի աճի: «Փոխարենը, սակայն, ներդրվել են խիստ սոցիալական և տնտեսական անվտանգության կանոններ՝ հաստատվել են արձանագրություններ և կանոնակարգեր, որոնք պարտադիր են բոլոր քաղաքացիների, տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների և պետական հաստատությունների համար: Խիստ սահմանափակումների կիրառման հայեցակարգը վերածվել է խիստ նորմերի և վարքի կանոնների պահպանման հայեցակարգի: Դրա արդյունավետությունը, իհարկե, կախված կլինի ամբողջ հասարակության պատասխանատվության աստիճանից: Խիստ կարանտինի ժամանակահատվածում մենք կարողացանք ձեռնարկել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները՝ երկրի առողջապահական համակարգի տարանցիկային հզորությունը բարձրացնելու համար: Հաջորդ երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում մենք կանցկացնենք իրավիճակի մշտադիտարկում: Հուսով ենք, որ կարիք չի լինի վերադառնալ խիստ կարանտինային միջոցառումների կիրառմանը և կձևավորվեն պայմաններ՝ շարունակական համաճարակի պայմաններում հասարակության լիարժեք գործունեության և, մասնավորապես, տնտեսության գործունեության համար»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Վարչապետն ընդգծեց, որ զուգահեռաբար կառավարությունն ընդունել է միջոցառումների փաթեթ` կարանտինի սոցիալ-տնտեսական հետևանքները և աճող տնտեսական ճգնաժամը մեղմելու համար: Նրա խոսքով՝ այս միջոցառումները, բացի սոցիալական նշանակությունից, ուղղված էին նաև տնտեսության՝ «շաթդաունի» վիճակից շուտափույթ դուրս գալուն և հետճգնաժամային ժամանակահատվածում դրա զարգացման համար պայմանների ստեղծմանը: «Մեզ հաջողվեց նաև կազմակերպել արդյունավետ վերահսկողություն մանրածախ ոլորտում, կանխել ապրանքների հնարավոր դեֆիցիտը և թույլ չտալ սպառողական գների զգալի աճ: Կենտրոնական բանկի օպերատիվ միջամտության շնորհիվ կանխվել են ազգային արժույթի փոխարժեքի կտրուկ տատանումները և ապահովվել է դրա կայունությունը: Սիրելի ընկերներ, Ես բազմիցս նշել եմ, որ համաճարակի և աճող ռեցեսիայի պայմաններում մենք առանձնահատուկ կարևորում ենք մեր համագործակցության զարգացումը: Ավելի քան վստահ եմ, որ մենք պետք է ամրապնդենք մեր Միությունը և կատարելագործենք ինտեգրման հիմնարար ինստիտուտները: Մենք պետք է ապացուցենք դրանց կենսունակությունը ճգնաժամի պայմաններում և պատրաստ լինենք համատեղ օգտագործել բոլոր տնտեսական հնարավորությունները, որոնք ակնհայտորեն կհայտնվեն հետճգնաժամային ժամանակահատվածում»,- ընդգծեց Փաշինյանը։
