«Իրավական ուղի» ՀԿ-ը հայտարարում է դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների նոր հայեցակարգի մշակման աշխատանքներ սկսելու նախաձեռնության մասին

«Իրավական ուղի» ՀԿ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել դատաիրավական ոլորտում ՀՀ ներկա իշխանությունների որդեգրած կուրսի վերաբերյալ։ Հայտարարությունը՝ ստորև․

«Մեր ինքնիշխան պետականության արդյունավետության ու հեղինակության նվաճման առաջնային ուղղություններից մեկը իրավական արդարության երաշխավորումն է՝ դատաիրավական համակարգը գործուն, պրոֆեսիոնալ, անկախ, վստահելի դարձնելու միջոցով։

Դա մի ճանապարհ է, որն ունեցել է սկիզբ, բայց չունի ավարտ։

Այդ նպատակին են միտված եղել դեռևս 1990-ականների կեսերից սկիզբ առած դատաիրավական բարեփոխումները, որոնք չնայած շոշափելի արդյունքներին՝ այդպես էլ մեր հանրության կողմից չեն ընկալվել որպես որակական ու բավարար։

Անդրադառնալով դատաիրավական ոլորտում ՀՀ ներկա իշխանությունների որդեգրած կուրսին, կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ այն չի կրում հայեցակարգային կուռ հենքի վրա համակարգն ավելի ֆունկցիոնալ, ավելի պրոֆեսիոնալ, ավելի անկախ ու ավելի վստահելի դարձնելու բնույթ։ Ընդ որում, դա պայմանավորված է ինչպես կեղծ, ամուլ իրավաքաղաքական արժեքաբանությամբ, այնպես էլ խիստ անբավարար պրոֆեսիոնալիզմով, որոնք յուրովի մարմնավորում են ստացել ինչպես համապատասխան իրավական փաստաթղթերում, այնպես էլ քաղաքական պատասխանատուների վարքագծում ու հայտարարություններում։

Հաշվի առնելով վերոգրյալը՝ «Իրավական ուղի» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը հայտարարում է ոլորտային նոր հայեցակարգի մշակման աշխատանքներ սկսելու նախաձեռնության մասին։ Այդ նպատակով անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում համապատասխան գիտելիքներ, փորձառություն, արժեքաբանություն և կամք ունեցող բոլոր ուժերի ու անհատների համախմբումը՝ մշակելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների նոր հայեցակարգ»։
