Ադրբեջանի կողմից սեպտեմբերի 27-ին սանձազերծված պատերազմի ընթացքում ծանր վիրավորման հետևանքով երկու ոտքը կորցրած Սարմեն Հայրապետյանը, ով ընտանիքի հետ բուժման նպատակով ժամանակավոր բնակվում է Քասախում, հնարավորություն չունի լուծել տան վարձի, կոմունալների և սննդի հարցերը:

«Սիսիանի ջոկատի հետ գնացել եմ Ստեփանակերտ, ապա՝ Հադրութ, որից հետո էլ՝ առաջնագիծ: Մարտերի ժամանակ ծանր վիրավորում եմ ստացել, որի հետևանքով կորցրել եմ երկու ոտքերս: Վիրավորվել եմ հոկտեմբերի 2-ին: Առաջին վիրահատությունը Ստեփանակերտում են արել, երեք անգամ էլ՝ «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնում: Հիմա տվել են ժամանակավոր պրոթեզներ, որ սովորեմ, բայց դեռ ցավեր կան, հագնել, քայլել չի լինում: Վեց ամսից մինչև մեկ տարի պետք է սովորեմ այս պրոթեզներին, հետո նոր նորմալը կտան: Ի դեպ, շատ են ասել, բայց ես էլ ասեմ, որ մեր այդ 18-20 տարեկան երեխաները շատ-շատ քաջ էին: Իրենք էին մեզ ավելի շատ ուժ տալիս»,- 168.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Սարմեն Հայրապետյանը:

 

Նա հայտնեց, որ նախքան պատերազմն աշխատել է օրավարձով և կարողացել է հոգալ ընտանիքի կարիքները, իսկ հիմա զրկված է այդ հնարավորությունից:

«Հիմա վարձով Քասախ գյուղում եմ մնում, քանի որ «Կարմիր խաչը» մոտ է, այնտեղ եմ գնում բուժումների: Տանը ոչ ոք հիմա չի աշխատում, փոքր երեխաս 7 ամսական է, դժվար է մի քիչ: Հիմա ունենք տան վարձը, կոմունալները վճարելու, սննդի խնդիր»,- նշեց նա:
