«Հայո՛ց բանակ, մեր սիրելի’ զավակ,

Քո ծննդյան օրը մեր ժողովրդի նվիրական տոներից մեկն է, որ մշտապես նշել ենք բերկրանքով: Այսօր, սակայն, տրամադրությունն այլ է՝ բոլորս տրտմած ենք, վշտակիր՝ մեր Հայրենիքի մի հատվածի կորստյան, մեր նահատակների համար և մտահոգված` մեր պետության ու ազգի ապագայով: Ծնողը, սակայն, ոչ մի պարագայում իր զավակին չի ուրանում և հատկապես դժվար պահին միայնակ չի թողնում:

Մեր ժողովուրդն իր զավակին մեծացրել է զրկանքների գնով, անասելի փորձությունների ենթարկվելով և հայրենանվեր զավակ է դաստիարակել:

Ուստի, այսօր անվարան ասում եմ՝ շնորհավոր օրդ, Հայո՛ց բանակ: Քո ձևավորման ու կայացման ակունքներում կանգնած իմ մարտական ընկերների և զինակիցների անունից ասում եմ քեզ՝ դու չե´ս պարտվել, ես քեզ լավ եմ ճանաչում. քեզ դավել են, թիկունքից հարվածել, ծանր վիրավորել են, իսկ մինչ այդ՝ վերջին տարիներին ամեն ինչ արել վարկաբեկելու և թուլացրելու համար, բայց դու անմնացորդ կատարել ես քո պարտքը: Եվ այսօր հազարավոր ծնողներ քո սխրագործություններից դրվագներ են պատմում՝ այդպես էլ չպատկերացնելով, թե ով և որտեղ քեզ մոլորեցրեց ու ծուղակը գցեց:

Թշնամին, որ մշտապես քեզնից վախեցել է, լավ գիտի, թե ինչ նենգ միջոցներով է իր նպատակին հասել: Դու նույն ուժեղն ես, և թող ոչ ոք չհոխորտա, թե քեզ հաղթել է: Քո բազկի ուժը դեռ ցույց ես տալու և վերհիշեցնես թշնամուն իր ոչ հեռավոր ամոթալի անցյալը: Դու եղել և մնում ես մեր անկախ պետականության առանցքը, մեր ժողովրդի, Արցախի մեր քույրերի ու եղբայրների անվտանգության երաշխավորը:

Ուղղի՛ր մեջքդ, սեղմի՛ր ցավդ ատամներիդ տակ և առաջ նայիր` դասեր քաղելով անցյալից: Մեր ճանապարհը, որքան էլ դժվարին ու ականապատ լինի՝ ներսից թե դրսից, անցնելու ենք միասին՝ միմյանց ապավինելով, հաղթահարելով բոլոր դժվարությունները:

Մեր մեծ ընտանիքը՝ Հայրենիքը, մեր հերոսների արյամբ ներծծված հողն ու ջուրը, այսօր, առավել քան երբևէ, քո պաշտպանության կարիքն ունի:

Հավերժ փա´ռք քեզ, փառ՛ք քո փառապանծ ուղին կերտած մեր բոլոր հերոսներին՝ ողջ թե նահատակված»:
