4 պատճառ, թե ինչո՞ւ են տոքսիկ հարաբերությունները երեխաների համար ավելի վատ, քան ամուսնալուծությունը

Ամուսնալուծության շեմին հասած շատ զույգեր եզրափակիչ քայլից առաջ կանգ են առնում երեխաների պատճառով՝ մտահոգվելով, թե իրենց այդ ճակատագրական քայլն ինչպես կազդի նրանց վրա: Եվ շատերը որոշում են չբաժանվել հանուն երեխաների: Բայց չէ՞ որ փաստացի նրանց հարաբերություններն արդեն ավարտված են, իսկ երջանիկ ընտանիքի պատրանքը պահպանելու փորձերն էմոցիոնալ առումով քայքայում են ու հանգեցնում տոքսիկ մթնոլորտի: Նրանք կարող են կուռ տառապել՝ հուսալով, որ ամեն ինչ լավ կլինի, կամ, որ ավելի վատ է, իրենք իրենց են մեղավոր համարում:

Ստորև կներկայացնենք այն 4 պատճառները, թե ինչո՞ւ են տոքսիկ հարաբերությունները երեխաների համար ավելի վատ, քան ծնողների ամուսնալուծությունը:

1. Անընդհատ լարված վիճակ

Երեխաները շատ զգայուն են ու զգում են, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում ծնողների միջև: Եթե մայրիկն ու հայրիկն անընդհատ վիճում են, երեխաները սթրես են ապրում: Նրանք անընդհատ գտնվում են լարված վիճակում, փոխանակ տանը հանգստություն ու հոգատար վերաբերմունք գտնեն: Դա կարող է հանգեցնել ընկճախտի և այլ հոգեբանական ու հոգեկան խանգարումների:

2. Բացասական ազդեցություն երեխայի աշխարհընկալման վրա

Ծնողների շարունակական վեճերը մնում են երեխայի հիշողության մեջ: Եվ դա ազդում է երեխայի ինքնավստահության վրա, նվազեցնում ինքնագնահատականի աստիճանը: Երեխան սիրո կարիք է ունենում, բայց կմերժի իր հետ մտերմություն հաստատելու ցանկացած փորձ:


3. Տրամադրության փոփոխություններ

Ընտանիքում տոքսիկ մթնոլորտը հանգեցնում է հոգեբանական խաթարումների, երբ երեխայի մոտ հաճախակի են դառնում տրամադրության փոփոխությունները: Հետագայում, եթե դրանով չզբաղվեն, դեռահասը կարող է խլացնել իր վիճակն արգելված միջոցների, նյութերի մեջ կամ կասկածելի զբաղմունքներով:
Ոչ բարվոք ընտանիքներում երեխաներն արագ են հասունանում՝ այդպիսով կորցնելով մանկության մի մասը, և մեծանում են՝ որպես բավականին հոռետես մարդիկ:

4. Մտերմության հանդեպ վախը

Տոքսիկ ընտանիքը մանկական հոգու վրա մեծ հետք է թողնում: Այդպիսի երեխաները մեծանալիս վախենում են այլ մարդկանց հետ մտերմություն հաստատել, քանի որ մտերմությունն անցյալի ցավալի հիշողություններ է արթնացնում նրանց մոտ: Դրա համար էլ այդպիսի ընտանիքում մեծացած երեխաները հեռու են մնում ուրիշներից, որ նրանք էլ իրենց հոգին այնպես չցավեցնեն, ինչպես դա եղել է իրենց մանկության ժամանակ:
