Շաքարավազի գների բարձրացման պատճառները

ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովն արձանագրել է, որ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ից մինչև 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում որոշ խոշոր առևտրային ցանցերին պատկանող առևտրի օբյեկտներում տեղի է ունեցել շաքարավազի իրացման մանրածախ գնի բարձրացում, որի պատճառների բացահայտմանն ուղղված ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում արձանագրվել է հետևյալը.

շաքարավազի ներմուծման միջին գները բարձրացել են շուրջ 22%-ով,

շաքարեղեգի հումքի ներմուծման միջին գինը 1 կգ-ի հաշվով ավելացել է շուրջ 2%-ով,

տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ դրամի արժեզրկում ԱՄՆ դոլարի և ՌԴ ռուբլու նկատմամբ՝ շուրջ 4%-ով,

շաքարավազի իրացման գների վրա էական ազդեցություն է ունենում տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտի պահեստներում առկա շաքարավազի մնացորդների ծավալը,

շաքարավազի իրացման գների վրա էական ազդեցություն է ունենում տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտի կողմից կիրառվող պահեստավորման մեթոդը (միջին կշռված, ֆիֆո, լիֆո):

Վերը թվարկված գործոններն իրենց ազդեցությունն են ունեցել շաքարավազի շրջանառության պայմանների և գների վրա, ինչի արդյունքում 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ի համեմատությամբ (328 դրամ) շաքարավազի միջին մանրածախ գինը 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ին բարձրացել է շուրջ 5%-ով (344 դրամ), իսկ այդ թանկացման համաչափությունը հստակ գնահատելու համար անհրաժեշտ է իրականացնել առավել համապարփակ և երկարաժամկետ ուսումնասիրություն։

Հարկ է նշել, որ մշտադիտարկումների արդյունքում 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր ամիսներին նույնպես արձանագրվել էր կիլոգրամով իրացվող շաքարավազի մանրածախ գների բարձրացում (6-7%), որի պատճառների բացահայտմանն ուղղված ուսումնասիրության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ հանձնաժողովը հանդես էր եկել պարզաբանմամբ:

2017 թվականի դեկտեմբերին շաքարավազի իրացման միջին մանրածախ գինը կազմել է 337 դրամ, 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերին՝ 279։

2019 թվականի դեկտեմբեր ամսվա ընթացքում շաքարավազի իրացման մանրածախ գների էական իջեցման կապակցությամբ (209 դրամ) հարուցված վարչական վարույթի արդյունքում հանձնաժողովն արձանագրել էր, որ շուկայում գերիշխող դիրք ունեցող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտը շաքարավազի գներն իջեցրել է չհիմնավորված, և կիրառել պատասխանատվության միջոց
