Մեկ տարի առաջ՝ 2020թ․ հունվարի 10-ին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրեց հերթական «աննախադեպ» բանի մասին․ «2019 թվականի ընթացքում Հայոց բանակում (բոլոր պատճառներով) զոհերի պատմական մինիմում է արձանագրվել։ Այսինքն, մեր բանակում երբեք ավելի քիչ զոհ չի եղել, քան 2019 թվականին»:

Yerevan.today-ը ուսումնասիրելով նախկինում վիճակագրությունը, փաստենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այդ հայտարարությունը հերթական սուտն էր։ Պարզվում է, որ Փաշինյանի նշած 2019 թվականին հրադադարի խախտման զոհերի թիվը եղել է 4, մինչդեռ նման ցուցանիշ եղել է նաև 2008 թվականին։ Ավելին, 2001 թվականին եղել է ընդամենը 3 զոհ։ Անշուշտ, բոլոր կորուստներն էլ ցավալի են, բայց մենք արձանագրում ենք փաստը։ Իսկ իրականում, Հայաստանի ո՞ր ղեկավարի օրոք որքան զոհ ենք ունեցել սահմանին։

Եվ այսպես, Yerevan.Today-ը հարցումներ է ուղարկել Գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ պարզելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Հանրապետության սահմաններին տարբեր տարիներին հրադադարի խախտման արդյունքում զոհերի թիվը։

ՀՀ առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի (1991-97թթ.) օրոք զոհերի թիվը կազմել է որոշ հաշվարներով մոտ 7 հազար։ Հիշենք՝ 1991-94 թվականներին արցախյան հաղթական պատերազմ էր, որին զոհ գնաց 6 հազար մեր հայրենակից։ Նրանց արյան գնով ազատագրվեց Արցախը, հիմնվեց Արցախ պետությունը։ Այդ տարիների զոհերի թվերն այսօր պաշտոնական աղբյուրից ստանալ չի ստացվում, այդ իսկ պատճառով հաշվարկները մոտավոր են, սակայն հիմնված են հնարավոր հավաստի տեղեկատվության վրա։

ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի օրոք (1998-2008թթ․) զոհերի թիվը Հայաստանում և Ացախում կազմել է 92։ Սրանք արդեն պաշտոնական թվեր են։

Երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի օրոք (2008-2018թթ․) ունեցել ենք 228 մարտական կորուստ։ Այս զոհերից 86-ը արձանագրվեց Ադբեջանի սադրած Ապրիլյան պատերազմի ընթացքում։ Մյուս տարիների թվերը գրեթե համադրելի են երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի տարիների հետ։
