Արցախի կառավարությունը սկսում է պատերազմի հետևանքով բնակավայրերը կորցրած քաղաքացներին բնակելի տների տրամադրման գործընթացի առաջին փուլը․ այս մասին հունվարի 12-ին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում տեղեկացրել է Արցախի աշխատանքի, սոցիալական և միգրացիայի հարցերի նախարար Մանե Թանդիլյան՝ հայտնելով, որ այս փուլում բնակելի տներ են տրամադրվում Ասկերանի, Մարտունու, Մարտակերտի և Շուշիի շրջաններում գտնվող գյուղական համայնքներում։ Տները լինելու են վերանորոգված և կահավորված։ Նախատեսվում է ապահովել նաև գյուղատնտեսությամբ զբաղվելու հնարավորություն և միջոցներ՝ ըստ ընտանիքի նախապատվության։ Բնակելի տների տրամադրումը կիրականացվի առաջիկա ամիսների ընթացքում։

Եվ քանի դեռ բնակարանների հարցը լուծման փուլում է, հադրութցի Արմինե Բաբայանն իր ընտանիքի հետ ժամանակավոր բնակվում է Չարենցավանում:

«Ես, ամուսինս ու 2 երեխաներս վարձով ենք բնակվում, դատարկ տուն է, ոչինչ չկա, սակայն ամեն ամիս վճարում ենք 60.000 դրամ: Քաղաքապետարանը սնունդով օգնում է, իսկ կառավարության կողմից ցուցաբերվող սոցիալական աջակցության համար դիմել ենք, սակայն դեռ չենք ստացել գումարը: Տանը սառնարան, լվացքի մեքենա, արդուկ, անգամ նորմալ սեղան չկա: Անկողիններն էլ մի կերպ հայթայթել ենք: 100.000 դրամ էլ միայն կոմունալների համար ենք վճարել անցած ամիս, այս ամիս էլ մոտավորապես դրա չափ ևս պետք է վճարենք, բայց չենք կարողանում»,- 168.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արմինե Բաբայանը:

Մեր զրուցակիցը նշեց՝ Հադրութում դպրոցում է աշխատել՝ որպես պատմության ուսուցչուհի, ամուսինն էլ գյուղատնտեսությամբ է զբաղվել:

«Հադրութից երեխաների հետ դուրս եմ եկել սեպտեմբերի 29-ին: Բացի մի քանի հագուստից, ոչինչ չենք վերցնել՝ մտածելով, որ հետ ենք գնալու: Չգիտեինք, որ այլևս չենք վերադառնալու մեր տուն: Ամեն ինչ ունեինք՝ հող, խանութ․․․ Հիմա սպասում ենք՝ տեսնենք Արցախում տան, անվտանգության հարցերն ինչպես են լուծվում՝ նոր կգնանք: Երեխան այստեղ արդեն դպրոց է հաճախում»,- նշեց նա:

Հավելեք, որ ընտանիքն ունի կոմունալները վճարելու խնդիր, տրամադրված կտրոններում երևում են կոդերը, որոնց միջոցով օգնել ցանկացողները կարող են գումար փոխանցել:
