Ստեղծվել են հայկական ավանդական խաղերի և ուտելի բույսերի շտեմարաններ

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության աջակցությամբ և Վանաձորի «ՀԿ Կենտրոն» քաղաքացիական հասարակության զարգացման հասարակական կազմակերպության նախաձեռնությամբ «Եկեք խաղանք հայերեն» ծրագրի շրջանակում ստեղծվել են «Հայկական ավանդական խաղերի» և «Ուտելի բույսերը հայկական խոհանոցում» խորագրերով էլեկտրոնային շտեմարաններ, ինչպես նաև հայկական ուտեստների վերաբերյալ 10 վարպետաց տեսադասեր:

Տեղեկատվական շտեմարանների և հայկական ավանդական կերակրատեսակների վարպետաց տեսադասերի նկարահանումների նպատակը ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի Թումանյանի տարածաշրջանի 10 համայնքների (Ճոճկան, Շամուտ, Չկալով, Շնող, Դսեղ, Արևածագ, Կաճաճուտ, Աքորի, Մղարթ, Օձուն) խաղերին և ուտեստներին վերաբերող ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանումն ու տարածումն է:

Ծրագրի արդյունքում ստեղծված հայկական ավանդական խաղերի շտեմարանը կարևոր տեղեկություններ է ներառում հայկական ավանդական և արդեն իսկ մոռացության մատնված բազմաթիվ խաղերի մասին: Ծրագրի աշխատակազմն արդեն իսկ սկսել է հայկական ավանդական որոշ խաղեր ներկայացնել կազմակերպության շահառուներին՝ դրանց գործնական կիրառության և գովազդման միջոցով: Այդ խաղերից են՝ հոլը, յոթ քարը, քարկտիկը, հավալան և այլն:

Հայկական ավանդական խաղերի շտեմարանը հասանելի է առցանց հարթակում՝ «ՀԿ Կենտրոնի» կայքէջում, ֆեյսբուքյան էջում և այս հղմամբ:

«Ուտելի բույսերը հայկական խոհանոցում» ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի շտեմարանը կազմվել է դաշտային աշխատանքների, առկա գրականության և տարբեր աղբյուրների ուսումնասիրության ու հայկական խոհանոցի վարպետների հետ հարցազրույցների արդյունքում: Հասանելի է հետևյալ հղմամբ`

Վարպետաց տեսադասերի ընթացքում նկարահանվել են Լոռվա մարզում տարածված և կիրառվող ավանդական (փոխինձ, ավելուկով ապուր և աղցան, լոբիով դդմապուր, աղցան բազուկի տերևներով, զիմելով աղցան, բալդրղանի թթու, շուշանի թթու, դանդուռով թթու, փիփերթով ապուր, կարտոֆիլով աղցան, կիրկաշ, հոնի փշեջուր, արիշտա, կոնչոլ, յեղուճիլ/յեղուշոր) և հեղինակային կերակրատեսակների (օձունյան զիբեթ, դդմիկաբլիթով տորթ, ածիկով կոտլետ, բանջարով և սնկով կոլոլակ, թելուկով ձվածեղ և այլն) մասին պատմող հոլովակներ:

Դրանք ևս հասանելի են առցանց տիրույթում՝ «ՀԿ Կենտրոնի» յություբյան ալիքում՝

Հայկական խաղերը և ազգային խոհանոցը ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության կարևոր դրսևորումներից են, որոնք պետք է պահպանել և փոխանցել գալիք սերունդներին:
