Շրջադարձ՝ հայ - ռուսական հարաբերություններում

Այն, որ հայ - ռուսական հարաբերությունները նոր շրջադարձ են թևակոխում, թերևս ակնհայտ է: Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը ոչ միայն չկարողացավ որրևէ ոլորտում հաջողություն արձանագրել, այլև հայ - ռուսական հարաբերությունների վատթարացման այնպիսի աննախադեպ իրավիճակ ստեղծեց, որ ամբողջովին տապալվեց խաղաղության գործընթացը և սկսեց աղետալի պատերազմ՝ արդեն հայտնի հետևանքներով:

Արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմը ցույց տվեց, թե մեր անվտանգային համակարգում որքան կարևոր է ռուսական բաղադրիչը, և չնայած այդ ամենին իշխանությունների ապաշնորհության պատճառով առ այս պահը այդ հարաբերությունները շարունակում են մնալ ոչ կայուն, սուբերեն հարաբերությունների իսպառ բացակայությամբ:

Ռուսաստանյան էլիտան և հայ քաղաքական դաշտը, ըստ էության, սկսել են այդ հարաբերությունների ինքնակարգավորման գործընթաց: Երեկ հետաքրքիր զարգացումներ տեղի ունեցան քաղաքական հարաբերությունների տեսանկյունից. նախ Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան կուսակցության ղեկավար Խաչիկ Ասրյանը հրապարակեց չափորոշիչներ, որոնց չհամապատասխանելու դեպքում որևէ մեկը չի կարող հավակնել ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնին: Այդ չորս կետերից մեկը, ըստ էության, ամենաառանցքայիններից է՝ ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնին հավակնող ցանկացած անձ նորանկախ Հայաստանի պատմության 30 տարիների ընթացքում պարտադիր պետք է հայտարարած լինի, որ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը միայն ու միայն պետք է լինի Հայ ազգի դարավոր բարեկամ, Հայաստանի միակ ռազմավարական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ և այդ ողջ ընթացքում ոչ մի կապ ունեցած չլինի Հայաստանն ու Հայ ազգին որպես առարկա դիտարկող արևմուտքի հետ:

Ասրյանի այս հայտարարությունը անմիջապես արձագանք ստացավ ռուսական մամուլում. ժամեր անց ռուսաստանյան ալիքներից մեկը հրապարակեց հարցազրույց Խաչիկ Ասրյանի հետ, որտեղ առանցքային հայտարարություններից մեկը այդ նույն թեզն էր՝ «Հայոց արծիվներ» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց ազգի ապագան տեսնում են Ռուսաստանի հետ միասնական դաշինքի կազմում:

Ռուսաստանը, ըստ էության, սպառելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ռեժիմի հետ ստրատեգիական նորմալ հարաբերություններ հաստատելու բոլոր տեսական հնարավորությունները, ուղիղ դաշնակցային հարաբերություններ է սկսել քաղաքական դաշտի այն հատվածի հետ, ովքեր այժմ իշխանությունների հետ չեն և չեն անդամակցում 17-ի ֆորմատին: Ըստ էության, ձևավորվում է նոր, ռուսամետ դաշինք, որը իր օրհնությունն է ստացել նաև Մոսկվայում:

Այս առումով առաջիկայում նոր, երրորդ բևեռի ձևավորման ականատեսը կարող ենք դառնալ:
