Ժամը 20:50-ի սահմաններում, Մյասնիկյան գյուղի բնակիչ, 71-ամյա Ֆարհադ Կիրակոսյանը, Արմավիր-Հացիկ ավտոճանապարհի 1-ին կմ հատվածում իր վարած ՎԱԶ-2106 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով բախվել է Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ, 56-ամյա Սամվել Հովհաննիսյանի վարած Kia մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, այնուհետև գլխիվայր շրջվելով, բախվել Խանջյան գյուղի բնակիչ, 23-ամյա Ստեփան Թաթոյանի վարած Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային:

Վթարի հետևանքով 06-ի վարորդը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Արմավիր» բժշկական կենտրոն: Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Գրիգոր Պողոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Մառլեն Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Տեղում հետաքննչական աշխատանքները ղեկավարել է նույն վաշտի ավագ հետաքննիչ Նարեկ Պետրոսյանը, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում: Վիրավորին էլ առաջինը օգնության են հասել վթարի հարևանությամբ գործող գազալցակայանի աշխատանքները:
