Սովորիր բաց թողնել անցյալը: Այն, ինչ եղել է, արդեն ոչ մի ազդեցություն չունի քեզ վրա :Բավական է հիշես տհաճ պահերը ու փորփրես բացասական իրադրձությունները, նորից վերաապրելով դրանք: Գնա առաջ, այրելով հիշողության կամուրջները, այդպես դու քեզ լիարժեք կզգաս, դու ավելի շատ ուժ կունենաս երջանիկ ներկա կառուցելու համար:

Ամեն ինչ միայն վատ լույսի ներքո տեսնելը իսկական պատիժ է: Այդ դեպքում վատ բաները ավելի սարսափելի են թվում, իսկ լուսավոր բաներն էլ սեւանում են ու փչանում: Մարդկանց տհաճ է գտնվել մեկի կողքին, որը միայն թերություններ է տեսնում ամեն ինչում: Փոխիր մտածելակերպդ՝ դարձիր լավատես, դա անհրաժեշտ է անել հենց հիմա: Արդյունքը երկար չի սպասեցնի իրեն՝ լավատեսությունը քեզ ուժ կտա, որ ավելի լավն ու ավելի հաջողակ դառնաս:
