Կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի Հայաստանում հաստատվելուց ի վեր մանկապարտեզներում ընդունելություն չի եղել, ինչն էլ դժվարեցրել է ծնողների՝ աշխատանքի հաճախելը, կամ վերջիններս ստիպված են եղել մասնավոր նախակրթարաններ ու մանկապարտեզներ դիմել:

ArmDaily.am-ի հետ զրույցում Երևանի ավագանու «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության անդամ Աննա Ջավախյանը հայտնեց, որ որոշում, որպես այդպիսին վերջնական լինել չի կարող. «Անընդհատ բանակցություններ են գնում, անընդհատ գրություններ են լինում առողջապահության նախարարության և քաղաքապետարանի միջև: Ընդունելությունը կախված է համաճարակաբանական վիճակից, եթե հասկանան, որ երրորդ ալիքը չի լինում, կարող է լինել ընդունելություն, բայց եթե հասկանան, որ այնուամենայնիվ թվերը աճում են, բնական է, որ ողջ հունվարին ընդունելություն չի լինի, արդեն պետք է մտածենք փետրվարի մասին: Այնպես որ այս պահին ոչ ոք հստակ ոչինչ ասել չի կարող»:


Նա նշեց, որ այս պահին միակ բանը, որ հստակ է, այն է, որ հունվարի 11-ից կգործեն մանկապարտեզները. «Առայժմ հունվարի 11-ից ընդունելություն չի լինի, խմբերը կգործեն նույն սահմանափակումներով, ինչ մինչև արձակուրդները, այսինքն յուրաքանչյուր խմբում 18 երեխա: Երբ այս սահմանափակումները դուրս կգան, և առողջապահության նախարարությունը թույլ կտա այս սահմանափակումներից հրաժարվել, անհապաղ ընդունելությունը կկազմակերպվի: Միգուցել եթե հնարավոր լինի, կախված համաճարակային վիճակից, խմբերում երեխաների քանակը ավելացնեն, որը թույլ կտա ընդունելություն կազմակերպել, չեմ կարող հստակ ասել, բայց ամեն դեպքում, քանի դեռ կարանտինը երկարում է, ամբողջությամբ սահմանափակումները չեմ կարծում, որ հնարավոր կլինի վերացնել»:


Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ մանկապարտեզները չեն գործում հունվարի 8-ից, այլ հունվարի 11-ից՝ Ջավախյանը նշեց. «Տեխնիկականորոշակի խնդիրներ կային ամսի 8-ից գործելու հետ կապված, սակայն հունվարի 8-ից արդեն մանկապարտեղզների աշխատակիցները կգնան, կնախապատրաստեն խմբասենյակները, որպեսզի երեխաները 11-ին տաք խմբասենյակներում հաճախեն մանկապարտեզ»:

ArmDaily.am-ի հետ զրույցում առողջապահության նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Ալինա Նիկողոսյանն անդրադառնալով մանկապարտեղներում երեխաների ընդունելության հարցին նշեց, որ ընդունելության հետ կապված առողջապահության նախարարությունը որևէ արգելք չի դրել, արգելքը վերաբերում է միայն մեծ խմբերին՝ խմբերում երեխաների հստակ թիվ կա, որը չպետք է գերազանցել:
