Մանդարինը հարուստ է C վիտամինով, որն անհրաժեշտ է հատկապես ցուրտ եղանակին: Այն ակտիվացնում է իմունային բջիջները՝ օրգանիզմին օգնելով պայքարել վարակների և վիրուսների դեմ: Վիտամինն ավելի շատ են պարունակում կլեմենտինները:

Մանդարինը լուծվող և չլուծվող մանրաթելեր է պարունակում: Լուծվող մանրաթելերը նպաստում են օգտակար բակտերիաների աճին, որոնք բարելավում են մարսողությունը և վերականգնում ստամոքսաղիքային տրակտի միկրոֆլորան: Չլուծվող մանրաթելերը դրական ազդեցություն են գործում աղիների գալարակծկանքի վրա:

Նվազեցնում է տագնապայնությունը
Մանդարինն արդյունավետ է տագնապի, անհանգստության և սթրեսի դեմ պայքարում: Պտղում պարունակվող B խմբի վիտամինները պաշտպանում են նյարդային համակարգը, իսկ C վիտամինը կրճատում է սթրեսի հորմոն կորտիզոլի սինթեզը:


Բարելավում է մաշկի վիճակը
A և C վիտամինների առատության շնորհիվ՝ ցիտրուսը բարելավում է մաշկի վիճակը: Բացի այդ, մանդարինն արագացնում է վերքերի ապաքինումը և պայքարում է ծերացման վաղաժամ նշանների՝ կնճիռների, չորության, մաշկի առաձգականության նվազման դեմ:

Նվազեցնում է նորագոյացությունների զարգացման ռիսկը
Պտղի մեջ պարունակվող ֆլավոնոյիդներն օրգանիզմը պաշտպանում են ազատ ռադիկալների անհավասարակշռությունից և օքսիդատիվ սթրեսից, որոնք կարող են հանգեցնել հյուսվածքների վնասման և ուռուցքաբանական հիվանդությունների առաջացման: Բացի այդ, նշված հակաօքսիդանտները կարող են ճնշել քաղցկեղի բջիջների աճը:
