Ձվի իրացման ոլորտի 7 խոշոր ընկերությունների նկատմամբ տուգանք է կիրառվել

ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի որոշմամբ հավի ձվի շրջանառության ոլորտում հակամրցակցային համաձայնություն կնքելու համար «Լուսակերտ», «Լուսակերտի Էլիտ», «Գնթունիք», «Աշտարակ ձու», «Վարիանտ Գրուպ» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ, «Արզնու տոհմային ԹՏԽ» բաց բաժնետիրական և «Արաքս թռչնաֆաբրիկա» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունների նկատմամբ կիրառվել է տուգանք ընդհանուր շուրջ 103 մլն դրամի չափով: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՏՄՊՊՀ-ից:

Մասնավորապես, վարչական վարույթի շրջանակում իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունների, գործում առկա ապացույցների հետազոտման և գնահատման արդյունքում հաստատվել է, որ վերոնշյալ ընկերությունների կողմից 2019 թվականի դեկտեմբեր և 2020 թվականի հունվար, փետրվար ամիսների ընթացքում համաձայնեցված իրականացվել է հավի ձվի իրացման գնի պարբերական նվազեցում, իսկ 2020 թվականի մարտին նույն տնտեսվարողների կողմից համաձայնեցված կատարվել է գնի փոփոխություն, այս պարագայում՝ գնի բարձրացում։

Միաժամանակ 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ից մինչև օգոստոսի 27-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում նույնպես արձանագրվել են համաձայնեցված գնային քաղաքականության վարքագծի դրսևորումներ ինչպես գնի միաժամանակյա նվազեցման, այնպես էլ բարձրացման մասով։ Նշենք նաև, որ ընկերությունների կողմից կատարված գնային փոփոխությունները պայմանավորված չեն եղել ապրանքի ինքնարժեքի փոփոխությամբ կամ այլ տնտեսական գործոններով և/կամ համաչափ չեն եղել ինքնարժեքի փոփոխությանը։

Իրավախախտումը բացասական ազդեցություն է ունեցել «Հավի ձու՝ կճեպով» ապրանքային շուկայում մրցակցային իրավիճակի վրա, ինչպես նաև տուժել են մի շարք փոքր և միջին արտադրության ծավալներ ունեցող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներ, իսկ 9-ը փոքր ֆերմերային տնտեսություններ դուրս են մնացել շուկայից:
