Ես այսօր անելու եմ շատ հետաքրքիր ու պատմական բացահայտում: Ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերում հայտարարեց Միքայել Մինասյանը՝ հավելելով, որ եթերից հետո նյութերը հրապարակելու է, ու բոլոր մասնագետները կարող են կարդալ ամեն ինչ:

«Պատերազմից 26 օր առաջ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Զասը գրում է ՀՀ ԱԽ վաստակավոր սորոսական քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանին ու կցում փաստաթղթերի փաթեթ՝ առաջարկելով անցկացնել ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում շտաբային զորավարժություններ:

Նա նկարագրում է այն պատերազմը, որին պետք է Հայաստանը պատրաստվի, ու կոչ է անում ՀՀ-ին դիմել ՀԱՊԿ պատերազմի սկսվելուց առաջ, որովհետև, ըստ այդ փաստաթղթի, Հայաստանն անկարող է դիմանալ այն պատերազմին, որը նկարագրված է ՀԱՊԿ գաղտնի նամակում:

Նկարագրված էր, որ ՀՀ-ում 2019 թվականից գործում են գաղտնի գործակալական ցանցեր՝ ահաբեկիչներից բաղկացած, որոնք պատրաստվում էին ու պատրաստվել են պատերազմի ժամանակ անել ինֆորմացիոն ու ռազմական ահաբեկչություններ: Եվ ԱԱԾ-ն պետք է դրանց ինդետիֆիկացներ ու նեյտրալիզացներ:

Նույն նամակում գրված է, որ սկսած 2018 թվականից ռազմական բալանսը խախտվել է ի օգուտ Ադրբեջանի: Նույն նամակում գրված է, որ Նախիջևանի դիրքային զիջումները ռազմավարական խնդիր են առաջացրել Հայաստանի ու Արցախի անվտանգության համար: Այդ նույն նամակում գրված է, որ Հայաստանն արդեն 2 տարի տանուլ է տալիս ինֆորմացիոն ու դիվանագիտական պատերազմում ու սպասվում է խայտառակ պարտություն:

Այս նույն նամակում գրված է՝ հաշվի առնելով բոլոր տիպի խնդիրները՝ Հայաստանն ու Արցախը կռվելու են Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի դեմ:

Այդ նույն նամակում գրված է, որ այդ երկու երկրները հրավիրելու են ահաբեկիչներ: Այդ նամակն ու փաստաթղթերը երբ կարդաք, ձեր մազերը կսպիտակեն, որովհետև կտեսնեք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գիտեր, թե ինչ է լինելու:

Ես վստահ եմ, որ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի նամակն ու կից փաստաթղթերը դիվանագիտական զգուշացումներ են, որովհետև այն, ինչ գրված էր, գրեթե 99 տոկոսով կատարվեց: Դա ուղիղ մեսիջ էր Հայաստանի գործակալ իշխանություններին՝ դիմեք ՀԱՊԿ: Լինելու է սա ու դուք չեք կարողանալու սրա տակից դուրս գալ:

Ես հարց ունեմ՝ ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը չդիմեց ՀԱՊԿ-ին»,-նշեց նա:
