Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն, հանրապետություն ներմուծվող և շուկայում փորձաքննություն չանցած կեղծ և անորակ դեղերի ու դեղանյութերի շրջանառությունը կանխելու նպատակով, գործարկել է «Վիրտուալ պահեստ» համակարգը:

«Դեղերի ներմուծման և իրացման փուլերի համար ստեղծված մի շարք տեղեկատվական համակարգերը սպասարկվում են հենց ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից և ավտոմատացված «Վիրտուալ պահեստը» ևս կոմիտեի նախաձեռնությամբ համատեղ նախագծել են Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի և Առողջապահության նախարարության փորձագետները:

Նոր համակարգն անցել է թեստային բոլոր փորձարկումները և պատրաստ է իրական միջավայրում ներդրմանը։ «Վիրտուալ պահեստը» ներկայացվել է դեղերի ներմուծմամբ և վաճառքով զբաղվող տնտեսավարողներին:

Շնորհանդեսին մասնակցել են նաև ՊԵԿ նախագահի տեղակալ Աշոտ Մուրադյանը, Անվտանգության խորհրդի, Առողջապահության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչները և ոլորտի մասնագետները: Միջոցառմանը դիտարկվել են համակարգի առանձնահատկությունները։

Ծրագրային լուծումներով նոր համակարգը լիարժեք հսկողություն կապահովի դեղերի շրջանառության նկատմամբ ամբողջ շղթայում՝ ներմուծումից մինչև սպառում:

Այն կապ է հաստատում դեղերի ներմուծման և իրացման ամբողջ ցիկլի ընթացքում կիրառվող համակարգերի միջև և համադրելով այդ համակարգերի տվյալները, տնտեսվարողին թույլատրում կամ մերժում է դեղի իրացումը ներքին շուկայում:

Իրացումից առաջ՝ պիտակավորման փուլում, տնտեսվարողը մուտքագրում է նաև «Ազգային մեկ պատուհանում» ստացված ներմուծման հավաստագիրը, ինչով փաստում է, որ դեղը փորձաքննություն է անցել և համապատասխանում է անվտանգային չափանիշներին:

Տեղեկատվական համակարգում ստուգվում է նաև տնտեսվարողների մոտ դեղերի մնացորդների փաստացի առկայությունը: Պիտակավորումը թույլատրվում է միայն փորձաքննություն անցած քանակների սահմաններում:

Իսկ սպառողներին նոր համակարգով հնարավորություն կընձեռվի դեղ ձեռք բերելիս անմիջապես ստուգել փորձաքննության ընթացքում հավաքագրված տվյալները՝ դեղերի գրանցված անվանումը, արտադրող երկիրը, սերիա համարը և, որ ամենակարևորն է՝ պիտանելիության ժամկետը, արդյո՞ք համապատասխանում են տուփի վրայի տեղեկատվությանը:

Նոր համակարգի ներդրման արդյունքում ապահովվում է ներմուծված և իրացվող յուրաքանչյուր տուփ դեղի հետագծելիությունը»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
