iravaban.net-ը գրում է. 2010 թվականի հունիսի 24-ին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովը 2-րդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց «ՀՀ վարչատարածքային բաժանման մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքը, որը նկարագրում է նաև Սյունիքի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզերում սահմանային բնակավայրերի՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ ունեցած սահմանները:

Այսպես, Արցախին (Քաշաթաղի շրջանում) սահմանակից Գորիսի տարածաշրջանի Խնձորեսկ համայնքի վարչական սահմանների նկարագրության մեջ ասվում է. «Խնձորեսկ գյուղական համայնքը գտնվում է մարզի հյուսիսարևելյան մասում: Համայնքը հյուսիսից «Ա»-«Բ» հատվածով սահմանակից է Խնածախ գյուղական համայնքին, հյուսիս-արևելքից և հյուսիսից «Բ»-«Գ» հատվածով` Քարաշեն գյուղական համայնքին, հյուսիս-արևելքից «Գ»-«Դ» հատվածով` Տեղ գյուղական համայնքին, արևելքից «Դ»-«Ե» հատվածով` պետական սահմանին (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետություն), «Ե»-«Զ» հատվածով` Ներքին Խնձորեսկ գյուղական համայնքին, հարավ-արևելքից «Զ»-«է» հատվածով` պետական սահմանին (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետություն), հարավից և հարավ-արևմուտքից «Է»-«Ը» հատվածով` Հարթաշեն գյուղական համայնքին, արևմուտքից «Ը»-«Թ» հատվածով` Գորիս քաղաքային համայնքին, «Թ»-«Ա» հատվածով` Վերիշեն գյուղական համայնքին»:

Չի նշվում, որ Խնձորեսկը սահմանակից է Արցախին կամ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությանը: Նշվում է այսպես․ ««Դ»-«Ե» հատվածով սահմանագիծը հանընկնում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի հետ»:


Նշենք, որ նույնը վերաբերում է Հայաստանի Սյունիքի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզերի մյուս բոլոր սահմանային գյուղերին:

2010 թվականի հունիսի 24-ին Ազգային ժողովում նախագիծը այս ձևով ներկայացրեց կառավարությանն առընթեր անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Աշոտ Մուսայանը։ Կառավարության ղեկավարը Տիգրան Սարգսյանն էր։

4-րդ գումարման խորհրդարանը ունեցել է 131 պատգամավոր։ 131 պատգամավորական մանդատներից 65-ը Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցությանն էր, 25-ը «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությանը, 16-ը ՀՅԴ-ինը, 8-ը «Օրինաց երկիր» կուսակցությանը, 7-ը «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցությանը, 1-ը «Դաշինք» կուսակցությանը և 10-ը անկախ պատգամավորներինը։

Նշանակալի է, որ ոչ մի պատգամավոր չի բարձրացրել այս հարցը ԱԺ-ում և դրա վերաբերյալ խորհրդարանում քննարկում չի եղել։
